For years I had been dreading the home buying process after hearing about the challenges friends had had through their home buying process with other agents. Working with Kristina was great, from the start she took the time to walk me through the steps of what I would need to buy a house. She was very prompt with communication and paperwork, and was very knowledgeable about the homes including what to look out for. At the beginning I was quite naive with the kind of house I was looking for in the price range I could afford. Kristina was patient and took the time to find out what were the features of a house I felt most strongly about as we looked at a variety of houses. Once we found a house that was a good fit for my needs Kristina was very helpful with suggestions for who were effective and affordable inspectors. ZillowVERIFIED I came to Kristina in May of 2021, looking for a house. I had never bought a house before and had no idea what I was doing. There were several boxes I needed to check before I would consider making an offer on a house, and I had significant financial limitations. Kristina brought me to see house after house after house, just for me to turn them down for one reason or another. She never once lost patience with me and she never quit on me. She always made herself available over text and phone, and answered all the questions I had as a first-time home-buyer. Perhaps most importantly, Kristina won my trust. There was at least one house I really loved that Kristina pointed out a significant issue with, and said she wouldn't allow any buyer to consider it. A lesser realtor would have seen an opportunity to make a quick sale and allowed me to go through with it. Kristina truly cares about her clients. After 8 months of looking, we finally found a house that suited my needs perfectly, and now I get to call it home. Kristina has my gratitude and my sincere recommendation to anybody looking to buy a home.
