ZillowVERIFIEDSo glad we found Kristin for our first time home purchase! Ran into her at an open house and reached out afterwords, and the rest was history! Would give her 6 stars on everything if I could! From the very beginning she was super communicative, was open to our ideas and even arranged for three different private house tours for homes we were interested in buying, just like in those HGTV shows! She was willing to walk us through all the details and clearly had our best interests at heart throughout our house search. It really helped that she was very kind and friendly with everyone she met and even happened to help out a random woman bring her trash can up the driveway - the same woman whose house went on the market shortly after and who we are buying from! When it came to put the offer in she was willing to work with us on our schedule, early on a Saturday morning and handled any curveballs we had really well! Once our offer was accepted (yay!) she knew exactly what to do as next steps and helped us manage through all sorts of interactions with the sellers/relocation company with ease. Not sure what we would have done without her! She also has no shortage of referrals for literally everything, and if she doesnt have a referral she knows who to point us to to get what we need. In short she has been the most perfect real estate agent we would have hoped for, and we are really glad that we happened to meet her at an open house she was hosting (to which she brought dessert!).

ZillowVERIFIEDKristin is amazing!! We had started our house hunting journey in 2020 with another realtor, but it just wasn't our time to buy, unfortunately. However, in 2022 we were ready to actively start looking again. Field Realty was on my route to all things- my husbands work, running errands, etc. When we saw a house come on the market we reached out to see if someone from Field would be able to show it to us. Their office was quick, professional, and very responsive. We were matched up with Kristin and met her about a day later when we looked at our first house with her. While we did put in an offer, it just didn't work out. And to be honest, now that we are in our new home, I am glad it didn't! About two days after our offer wasn't accepted, another house came on the market, we saw it that day at 4:00pm, Kristin submitted our offer at 5:30pm, and by 9:30pm that same night we got the text "Congratulations! They accepted your offer!" We worked with Kristin for about a week before she found us our beautiful new home! And it just kept getting better.. Kristin and her team helped us close on our home only about a month after our offer was accepted. Field Realty and Kristin will always be special to us because they went above and beyond to make our experience purchasing our first home seamless. This is the home that we are raising our baby boy in. Thank you Kristin and Field Realty! Amazing job!
