ZillowVERIFIED Kristin helped us successfully navigate selling two homes while simultaneously guiding us through the purchase of our new home, and her expertise made a potentially stressful process feel manageable from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to answer questions or offer thoughtful advice. She always ensured that all parties (sellers, buyers, agents, attorneys, lenders, etc.) were engaged and on the same page to ensure all the transactions were executed smoothly. From pricing strategy and marketing to negotiations and closing details, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. We always felt well-informed and confident in the decisions we were making because they took the time to explain options clearly and honestly. Most importantly, she truly had our best interests in mind and went above and beyond to make sure each transaction went smoothly. ZillowVERIFIED When we first met Kristin, we were not sure of exactly what we wanted to do. Our house of many years was a place that we had poured our hearts into and loved, but it was getting to be a bit too much for us. Kristin patiently stood by us as we decided what to do, visiting quite a number of properties of various types over a number of months until we figured it out. She helped us to find and purchase the right condominium for us, and to market and sell our much-loved house. Her marketing materials were top notch. Kristin is a consummate professional who is smart, thoughtful, honest, kind, responsive and patient aEUR" highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED It was such a great experience getting to work with Kristin Egmont as my realtor. As a first-time home buyer, she was super helpful showing me homes in my price range and walking me through the process of buying my first home. She was very responsive and accommodating with my schedule and always made time to meet me at homes I was interested in. It can become very stressful dealing with all the different things that go into buying a house, but she helped me stay on track and was super great at moving the process along when things were getting stuck with the attorney and lender. She is very personable and she knew exactly what I wanted in a home. She's the reason I now have my beautiful home in Newtown CT, which was my dream town! The home came back on the market very briefly and she got me right in there that same day. We jumped on the opportunity and she had a great relationship with the seller's agent as well. She is definitely a real estate agent you want representing you, I can't recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with Kristin. Shes everything we could hope for in an agent: professional, knowledgeable, responsive, hardworking, helpful, and positive. We had such a great experience working with her to sell our first home that we had no doubt about the best agent for selling our second home. Both sales couldnt have gone any better.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristin is amazing! She follows up with you. Is in constant contact. She will answer all of your questions and will go after the listing agent and whoever else to get the information you need. She's a go getter agent. She sent me multiple listings and would show me at least 3 properties per visit. she's familiar with the area and the schools. She's a great resource of information. I was moving to CT from another state and needed as much information as I could get.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristin helped us to find our home, not just a house. She has a good sense of people and what appeals to them. Kristin gives good options from which to choose, sound advice for making an offer and was excellent at making sure we were happy with our home. She was exactly as aggressive as she needed to be to get us showings and for negotiations without being off-putting. Additionally we never felt like just another client with Kristin. She is so personable and friendly; she makes connections with people so they can make connections with their new home. We are so happy to have our new home but at the same time a bit sad that will not be continuing to work with Kristin. She is good at her job so we will see her less!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Kristin to anyone looking to purchase or sell. She works 24/7 for her clients putting their best interests above all. Our purchase was slightly out of the norm and involved a rehab. loan. This required a lot of attention to detail which Kristin was constantly on top of. She was always reachable and went above and beyond to get things done. She also has extensive knowledge of the area and listing comps which led to buying at the optimal price.

ZillowVERIFIED If it were not for Kristen we would not have found our dream home! She was very proactive and involved. I had no interest in seeing a house she selected, she told us to just take a quick look at it and it was the perfect house, she was right! I really felt she had out best interest at heart and worked hard for us. I have worked with a good amount of real estate agents in the past and she is by far the best!
