Review I am so glad I found Kristin. She didn't leave me hanging or guessing what was going on like a previous agent did. (different company) So glad I left the other guy and found her! She made sure to help me in away I needed. This was my 1st time buying a home so I was pretty lost. But she definitely explained anything and everything I didn't understand. Review Kristin is a patient and understanding person. She took the time to listen to all our needs and want, considering that we transitioning from Miami to Dunnellon it wasnt an easy task to do. It took several trips back and forth, Kristen understand that our move was time sensitive, Kristen showed us a home on a Sunday morning and by the after the seller agreed to the purchase price and within 2 weeks we were moving in. Kristen did such a great with the transition for us, that she is now helping the rest of the family with there transition to move to Dunnellon also.

Review Living in the Ocala/Dunnellon area I was put into contact with Kristin. I am always looking for homes and/or properties to rebuild or recondition as flips. Kristin genuinely acted on my behalf in every respect, tolerated changing priorities, and negotiated a deal that I did not think possible. Her knowledge of her sales region is on an academic level and her honesty and 'frank' attitude is not only refreshing, but removes almost all stress from the hunting and buying process. Review My wife and I were building a house in a new development and needed to lease a house for several months prior to its completion. Our developer put us in touch with Kristin. We communicated with her a couple of months prior to going to Ocala so she could understand our needs. She sent many MLS links so we could better refine our requirements.When we got to Ocala she fully knew what we wanted and took us to see homes that fit our needs. Kristin had several homes for us to visit but she understand us so well that we had to visit only two home before we agreed on the house we wanted to rent.She knows the area well and was able to direct us quickly to the community and home that she knew we would like. After the decision was made the paperwork was handled quickly. The entire searching/leasing process while we were in Ocala took only a few hours. Moving is stressful.
