ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I were relocating from California to New Hampshire for the purpose of retirement. I contacted Kristin online after contacting a few other agents who either didnt respond back or said they werent interested in showing us multiple counties within the state. Kristin sent us an app so we could preview homes remotely that were available so we could have an idea of what kind of homes were available in our price range. We only had a week to spend in New Hampshire touring homes. Kristin was very patient with our ever changing needs. We thought we wanted rural but it turned out we wanted suburban once we had toured for the better part of the week. Kristin went above and beyond, being present at the home inspections that we were unable to return to New Hampshire for and holding onto the keys to the property until our friend could retrieve them from her.

There were some challenges associated with a successful sale but Kristin remained positive, active and responsive to us and all interested parties. She was always available to make sure showings happened at the convenience of interested Buyers. My husband and I both worked 45 minutes from our house so it wasn't easy for us to be available to take our spunky, high-energy Yellow Lab, Gracie, for a road trip on short notice for showings. Going way above and beyond, Kristin would go get Gracie, bring her to her house prior to showings and return her once showings were completed. Kristin worked diligently with us to find professionals to complete a few remediation items revealed by our final Buyers' home inspection. If we couldn't be there for the work to be done Kristin made herself available to insure there were no delays. Her dedication, expertise and knowledge far exceeded our expectations. Kristin is a lovely caring individual who takes great pride in the service she provides to buyers and sellers. I would recommend Kristin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
