They pretty much took care of all the details and paperwork necessary and what we did have to do they explained it to us and led us through the process that it turned out to be a somewhat enjoyable process (like going to a spa). Anything dealing with real estate or home ownership I would highly recommend Charlie and his team, a truly wonderful experience.
