ZillowVERIFIEDKristin is amazing, she's very helpful, prompt, and friendly. As a first time homebuyer, I was pleased by how well she explained things and made everything go as smooth as possible. On top of that she was able to get us our new home at a price we were comfortable with. She's great at negotiating and that's not an easy thing to do in this market as a buyer. Highly recommended.
ZillowVERIFIEDKristin is professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Every message and call were answered quickly. I could call her to view a new listing and we would be able too see it quickly. We bought and sold simultaneously and Kristin helped us with every step. I would highly recommend her and will use her for all future transactions.
ZillowVERIFIEDKristin helped us find the perfect fixer upper. She was patient and made sure we stayed in our budget! She was always available to answer any questions that we had.
ZillowVERIFIEDI am a 1st time homebuyer and Kristin answered all of my questions (no matter how many times I asked) with complete honesty and professionalism. She was quick to schedule showings and gave me the time and the information to make an informed decision. She did not try to rush me to make a decision, and actually told me we would look at as many houses as needed to find the perfect one for me. When I felt worried or stressed she explained the processes and calmed me down. I highly recommend Kristin!
ZillowVERIFIEDKristin sold my house after 3 days of putting it on the market. She was able to give me the best price for my house and I was able to sell for higher then my listing price. Kristin was always there when i needed her to answer some question and even at 11pm when i needed to come open the door to my house . I was a little worried about selling my house and she assured me that it wont be a problem and she was right. I give a 11 out of 10. thank you Kristin.

ZillowVERIFIEDKristin is very professional, listens to the client and goes above and beyond to find what they are looking for or need. Kristin is very knowledgeable and keeps the client informed through the entire process. I highly recommend Kristin as a realtor, she is honest and works hard for her clients. We could not have asked for a better person to help us through this process of buying our house.
ZillowVERIFIEDKristin is result driven. She sold my house in no time at all. Kristin and her husband made sure that the house is presentable and that it will get the most shows in the market. I would definitely recommend Kristin to family and friends looking to sell or buy a house.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt will be challenging to summarize "briefly'' of my families INCREDIBLE experience with Kristin Bolles...but I will TRY! To begin, I would not be sitting here this morning, sipping coffee on MY lovely patio, instead, I would probably be frantically scrambling to pack for the umpteenth time, because a landlord has decided to sell the home we had come to THINK was our own, but, of course, never really was. I have God, my family and Kristin to thank for making years of moving agony, a thing of the past...we are FINALLY and ever so gratefully...HOME! Not only did Kristin bust her tail, spending her weekends and her evenings trying to find us the home that met our very particular needs, but she did it quickly, joyfully and professionally. She even put our needs above her commission check, never trying to insist we needed a house that was outside of our budget. She had an uncanny way of putting herself into our shoes, and thus knowing almost intuitively what would or would not be the perfect home for us, and she wasn't willing to ''settle". Kristin is not merely just a great "starter", she is also a phenomenal FINISHER! We had some very unique and challenging financing issues that at times made ME want to give up on the dream of owning my own home...but as stressful as it was for her, Kristin never quit, and armed with her knowledge of real estate, her calm, yet effective, negotiating skills, her creative problem solving skills, her incredible intuition and her ferocious tenacity...we won the battle! There is a call to the human race to "go the extra mile" for one another, yet sadly, it is a rare thing to witness, especially in the business world. Kristin humbly and beautifully displayed this rare character trait. It was quite a privilege to behold.Thank you Kristin, for being one of a few who truly puts her clients(and likely all who know her) before herself. You are a rare breed.May God richly bless you and may you know that the Turner family is forever indebted to you!
ZillowVERIFIEDKristin was amazing. As a first time home buyer, I was admittedly a little overwhelmed by everything that needed to be learned and everything that needed to be done, but she made the process easier and more pain-free than I ever imagined it could've been. I know for a fact that she had other clients she was working with at the time, but Kristin's promptness, attention, and time dedicated to walking me through this process made me feel like I was her only client in the world. I highly recommend working with her.
ZillowVERIFIEDFantastic!!! That's the one word i would use to describe my experience with Kristin. I called her so many times with questions and she was always so nice and helped me to understand what things meant. I liked her so much that not only did she sell my house but I used her when I purchased a new home.
ZillowVERIFIEDThere are far too many wonderful things to say about Kristin! I have never come across a Real Estate Agent willing to do as much as she did for me and within such a short time frame. It was by luck I found Kristin and I'm so very grateful for that. Just to give you an idea of the level of service she provides; I asked her to show me a property in Arlington, and while at the location decided to view one in Garland. Without blinking an eye, she scheduled the showing and we were on our way within minutes. Yes, Kristin drove an hour one way, and then an hour another just to help me out, without issue or pushing me to another day.Again, she is probably the best Agent I have ever worked with. She listened to what I wanted, lent her advice and knowledge on the properties and areas and ultimately got me into a property that meet all my needs. I had such a great experience with Kristin! I have recommend her to people I know and would to anyone that needed Real Estate services. The next time I am in the market for a rental or even to buy a property, I will be sure to call her. - Danielle Zimbalatti
