Kristin Balko is in a word, AMAZING! My husband and I moved to Aspen and entered a rental housing agreement only to learn one month later that we were pregnant with our first child. Thus, the search was on to find more permanent housing and a place we could call our own. Kristin is a long time resident and very familiar with the valley. She worked tirelessly to find the right aEURoehomeaEUR? for our growing family in a valley that we werent entirely familiar with and a complex housing market that we were frankly overwhelmed with. Kristin was willing to explore all of our ideas, show us all of the options and negotiated hard for us. Her optimism and support throughout our home buying experience was greatly appreciated and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch agent and real estate partner.

My husband and I wanted to spend a year looking for property in Snowmass Village. Kristin from Team Deal spent an entire weekend helping us understand the different properties and showed us so many that we felt like we had a firm idea of exactly what we wanted. She really listened to us and was beyond organized and efficient so that by the end of the weekend we felt confident making an offer. Our timetable for buying in Snowmass moved from one year to one weekend thanks to Kristin! She was always available and personally guided us through the closing process. Not only is Kristin a top notch realtor in Aspen/Snowmass, she is also a very kind and pleasant person to spend time with! Because she and her family have lived here for so long, she has been an invaluable resource. I recommend her to all our friends, and every time they call to thank us for introducing them to Kristin. Kristin Balko and Team Deal are the best!

I was referred to Kristin by several close friends. I can't say enough, how amazing it was to work with her. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and was extremely organized with many properties and the details associated. It only took 1 weekend to find the perfect place for my family. I HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone looking in the Aspen/Snowmass area. THANK YOU KRISTIN!

Kristin was amazing as our broker and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home or condominium in the Roaring Fork Valley. Her extensive knowledge of the local real estate market tremendously helped us in evaluating properties and finding the perfect condominium as our second home. Kristin's attention to detail throughout the buying process was truly impressive - from listening to our needs, finding us the perfect place, helping secure the best price, providing great recommendations on local lenders, inspectors and contractors and overseeing the small details since we were over 1000 miles away. She is the best!

My family and I have worked with Kristin Balko over the last two years, and she is amazing at what she does! She is extremely hard-working and responsive to our family's needs. Kristin has a deep understanding of the market, and knows the tricks of the trade! Finding a home in this area can be tough, but Kristin was amazing at matching the needs of my family to what was available in our price range. Not only this, but she often checks in with us to make sure we are happy. She even offered to come help us move! She is cheerful, energetic and professional. We have had a great experience with her! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Aspen/Snowmass/Basalt area!
