ZillowVERIFIED Where do I begin? Maybe by saying that without their help, we would not have been able to see the house this quickly at the right price. It starts with communication. We had moved out of state and needed someone who could handle the house (and all things associated with it) in our absence. Not an easy task. She was always there when we needed to get something turned around. The house had multiple offers within a day or two and she screened and guided us to the right offer. All in all, this was an excellent experience for us. I will be using them in future dealings with real estate too.

She gave very good and helpful suggestions and even gave a name of a handyman to help me and my husband with projects. After my husband passed and it came time to sell the house I contacted Kristie, I was nervous and scared but she was able to convince me that everything would be alright with listening to her suggestions. And she was right! House sold in two days.

That said, I met Kristie in my neighborhood years ago when she was starting her career. We talked briefly, and I made a mental note, that I would contact her one day if I needed a help. That day arrived almost 12 years later. She looked and sounded tired upon arrival, but, threw herself into rearranging my furniture, and throwing out suggestions like she was about to charge hell with a water pistol. ZillowVERIFIED Kristie did an excellent job selling my house!!Before listing, Kristie came by the house, walked through the house with me suggesting things to fix, improve, or otherwise correct and an order in which to do them, as well as provided staging tips. When it came time to list, Kristie came over, set my expectations on the price and listing information, and then told me her approach and some timeframes. The house was listed a day or so later.Kristie put me at the top of a lot of listings, including Zillow. Foot traffic came very quickly, and she used a slick electronic system that would book appointments via text message. I had an offer within 9 days at a price close to my asking price - Kristie helped negotiate with the buyer's agent to cut through a lot of back and forth and very quickly settle on a price.Once the contract was in place, Kristie helped move the process forward by working with the seller's agent and kept me looped in as to what was going on. I had minimal fixes required from my inspection, and I was able to do the work myself - but she did offer to use her contacts to get people if I needed to. She was my contact from start to finish - I interacted with one other person in her office for some very minor things, but Kristie always took my calls, got back to me extremely quick, and I never once felt like she was hard to reach or trying to delegate me to another member of her team.I can't say enough positive things about my experience - Kristie set my expectations high and delivered exactly what she said she would. She was incredibly responsive, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I would, without question, recommend her and I plan to use her next time I buy or sell!!

I had accepted a new job in FL and had to relocate on very short notice, even before the home in MO was listed. There was work to be completed on the home before it could be listed and it was very challenging to manage it from over 1000 miles away. ZillowVERIFIED We had listed our home with a different realtor prior to Kristie. When we had her list our home, she was very focused on getting our home information as exposed as possible to bring in potential buyers. Originally when Kristie came in and told us what she wanted to list our house at I said 'no way...that is too low" She said she would increase what we wanted to list for, but it would not sell for anymore than what she stated in the first place. We did have to drop the price of the house to get to where we would generate some interest. Well...we should have listened to Kristie on the first shot...it sold for exactly what she said it would. She knew the area, she knew the market, she knew EXACTLY what was going on in our area! I would trust her 100% again and have recommended her to several friends!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently listed with Kristie and happened to find a home we had to have before our existing one sold. The home we are under contract with is a Fannie Mae owned foreclosre which is wrought with red tape and process delays. So far Kristie has guided us expertly through the process and helped us to land a great deal. We don't close for a few more weeks and our house hasn't sold yet (though it's only been on the market for a couple of weeks), so we still have a fair amount of time ahead with Kristie. Will update this review after all is said and done but, based on what we have seen so far, we would (and already have) recommend her to anyone.
