ZillowVERIFIED This is a long review because I have a lot to say about this amazing woman. Kristie is beyond great. Ive been with her since I purchased my first home in 2016. Shes like my Real Estate mother. Whenever I would get frustrated with the market and be willing to settle, she would always keep me in check and make sure I didnt purchase a home based on negative emotion. I walked away from the market multiple times until the right house became available. Therefore shes not just there to push the sale of a home, but instead has your best interests in mind. She goes the extra mile. On the selling end, she actually cleaned my house for me before it hit the market when I was stuck in Mexico for work. The house sold and I gave my mother power of attorney to sign my documents on my behalf and Kristie helped my mother along the way. Kristie again cleaned my second house before it hit the market a few years later. My brother and I lived in this house together. She gave it an extra touch of cleanliness that our dude skills definitely lacked. She knows how to organize furniture and make the beds a certain way to make a room look more photogenic. This woman is a gift to the Real Estate industry. I randomly emailed her in 2016 and struck gold. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Kristie!

Fast forward to 2024, with the addition of our daughter we knew we needed some more space. Kristie guided us in getting our first home ready to list and helped us get into our home where we can raise our daughter. From the crazy COVID market, the the crazy market were in now, Kristie never let us settle and looked out for us like we were family. ZillowVERIFIED I loved working with Kristie - she is more than just a "realtor." When we first connected, she told me that she treats her clients as if you are her family. In the beginning, I was skeptical (I had worked with 4 other realtors prior and each one had told me the same) - but Kristie is true to her word. We started the home buying process in March 2022 and closed in May 2022. When we first started the process, I told Kristie that I did not want to engage in a bidding war and I did not want to offer more than my budget allowed. In the past, realtors have acknowledged this request but were still pushing to get a sale on a house that involved a bidding war and was over my budget. I actually made the first move in wanting to engage in a bidding war and see a house that was slightly over my budget. When I sent Kristie the house, she called me immediately and gave me her recommendations. She advised against the purchase due to multiple offers already in place, but told me we could see the house if I really wanted to. She was honest and said, "This may be a tough process and you may shed some tears, but I'm just looking out for you as if you were my own daughter." From that moment on, I trusted Kristie 100%. In the middle of April, Kristie showed me 1 house... and it's the house I ended up buying! 1 house showing, a purchase made, and Kristie got it for under asking price! Kristie was diligent and made sure my offer was accepted within a day. The support continued on throughout the closing process and the seller's 30 day occupancy window.Even though we had some very frustrating circumstances involving the sellers during move-in day, Kristie made sure she supported me through it all. Unfortunately, the sellers were not prepared to move out of the house when they were scheduled. We were supposed to move in on Father's Day and Kristie had just hosted her son's graduation party the night before (she may have gotten 4 hours of sleep). When Kristie found out the sellers were behind, she and her husband showed up to help the sellers pack up their remaining items. She and her husband cancelled their Father's Day plans to make sure I could move into my new home. She even checked in with me often after moving in and was available for any questions or support during the first few weeks of homeownership.I will always recommend Kristie to others. She is completely committed to her clients. I hope my experience reflects Kristie's work ethic, morals, and dedication.
