We had such an incredible experience working with Kristie. From the very beginning, she was down-to-earth, kind, and refreshingly no-nonsense. She took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and helped us distinguish between a true gem of a house and properties that came with hidden concerns. As first-time (and admittedly circumspect!) buyers, we had so many questions about negotiations, going under contract, inspections, and every little detail in between. Kristie never once made us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She was patient, calm, and fully supportive. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt confident at every step. One of the things we appreciated most was how proactive she was. She suggested additional inspections we wouldnt have even thought to do; those turned out to be hugely important. That level of thoroughness and protection gave us so much peace of mind. Her team was fantastic as well. They showed up to appointments even when they didnt necessarily have to, which really demonstrated their commitment and professionalism. HIRE KRISTIE! BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT EVER! When we hired Kristie, I already had high expectations after she came recommended from a coworker. After even a brief time working with her, she blew my expectations out of the water going above and beyond in every capacity. Kristie worked with me to learn my taste immediately and recommended houses that were perfect for our family. She gave expert advice and helped my husband and I through the process with a kindness and sincerity that made us feel home before we ever set foot in the house. This was the 4th home we've bought and Kristie made the process so much more fun and easy than ever before. The biggest downside to working with Kristie is that she has probably ruined all future agents for us if we have to relocate. Nobody will ever compare! I simply cannot recommend her enough.

This was our first time selling a home in Texas but not our first time selling a home or being part of a real estate transaction and I have to say Kristie went above and beyond to make the process go so smoothly, even during a pandemic. She has valuable advice that prepares you before listing the property and knows the market well and the target buyers, even adding especial touches during the showings and the different steps during the transaction. I especially loved and enjoyed her marketing skills! We had an offer within 24 hours of listing and closed just a month later. I highly recommend Kristie!

This is our 3rd time working with Kristie. She helped us sell our home last year, find a rental last fall and now purchase our new home. She continues to go above and beyond. We were in several multiple offer situations, due to helping us put together amazing terms we were able to land the perfect house for us, even though our offer wasn't the highest! Kristie is an excellent agent and I highly recommend you work with her. Kristie separates herself from other realtors due to her work ethic, organization, strategic thinking, understanding the various negotiating perspectives, and network of high quality resources. All of these attributes are an accumulation of that she truly cares about you getting the house you want. She is the kind or realtor that will pick up her phone almost every time, if she is not available she will respond quickly or have a backup support ready to support. She is the kind of realtor that understands how to help you organize your own action items to make sure you are ready and prepared for each step of the process. She is the kind of realtor that has the resources to make sure when a deal is accepted; a high quality people/team are supporting your agenda to close the deal and assures it makes it to the closing. We were lucky to find her. She helped us find a gorgeous house in 2 weekends. We were able to beat out 13 other offers (2 of which were higher bids) on the house we wanted! We then closed the house in an aggressive 14 days! I'm sure if we went with any other agent we may be in the "looking for a house" stage for another 6 months. She is an A player and you don't want to go into this Austin real estate market without her. Her track record and relationships speaks for themselves.

I had the opportunity to meet Kristie through my Moms group and immedietly loved her energy and spirit. When we reazlied we needed to sell our house, and quick, she was the first person we called. Within 2 weeks on contacting Kristie, she had walked us through all the steps of prepping, staging, pricing, gameplan, etc, and our house was on the market. I imagine Kristie had several other homes for sale at that time, but we sure didn't feel like it. She worked hard for us working multiple angles to get us as many showings as possible and hosting 4 open houses in the 2 weeks our home was on the market. We worked closely with Kristie, and her with the buyers agent, to negotiate on an offer to get us where we wanted to be with the sale. Kristie went above and beyond on more occasions than we can count, from taking our dog on an adventure when we couldn't be there to take him for a showing, to countless texts and emails at all hours of the day and night. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Kristie, and look forward to using her in the future when we purchase our next home.

wow! An AMAZING experience... Kristie Bryant has rekindled my trust in the system and value in utilizing the services of an agent. Seriously! after my recent experiences with agents, I was declaring I'd only look at "for sale by owner" and represent myself. Kristie has been amazing with communication, knowledge, integrity and understanding. Her follow through, like use of technology to do quick easy research, responding rapidly, going the extra way (like going to houses on my behalf, taking videos, face timing, texting, calling) consistently responding and following up at lightening speeds. She has saved me considerable time and money. I will be using her for future real estate deals and recommending her to friends and family. If you want something done fast, done right, with ease and peace of mind call Kristie. Kristie's email and web site says Creating Amazing Client Experiences. Oh how she abides by this! I felt super taken care of from beginning to end. She checked out all the units before I arrived. I was greeted with a smile, relaxed manner, a smoothie and lunch! The thoughtful water bottle in the car kept me hydrated and helped ease the stress our 2 hour extensive tour of many units. Everyone has busy lives and, as a small biz owner myself, I know how sometimes I feel pulled to respond to a client or child calling in during an appointment. Not Ms Kristie, I could see her phone was receiving calls and texts (on silent) however she provided me with undivided attention throughout our entire appointment. She's saving me money and time. I felt FABULOUS leaving, like I wanted to hug her, send flowers and a thank you note! and she's my agent!!
