ZillowVERIFIED For a real estate agent to charge 6% he was not knowledgeable, he was unresponsive to our calls, he ignores us for weeks all this cost us additional money for water testing as he failed to review the contract obligation, especially regarding the water test. This cost us significant additional money and pushed the closing date back 3 weeks. In addition, we had to scramble at the last minute to get approval from fire safety for the house. He never took responsibility for any of his actions and was always eager to blame our lawyer and others. It became obvious to us that he was working more for the buyers interest rather than us, the buyers. Most importantly, it cost us 20,000 as a septic system test was done during a northeaster, which I questioned the night before and he reassured me that was not an issue. He was wrong! Kristian is not a man of his word. When we questioned the 6% with all the horrors, he had said he would reduce it to 5 A 1/2 percent, and sadly he later claimed he never agreed to that the week of the closing. So, folks, choose wisely!

We looked at homes until we found the right one, and I was certain it was everything that I wanted in my purchase. I never felt pressured. He helped us with every step of selling, from how to stage our home for best pictures, how to get our fire certificate, and even helped us coordinate contractors to deal with the items on our home inspection report that needed to be addressed before selling. ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I selected Kristian randomly and couldn't have been happier! Upon our first meeting, Kristian took his time to explain the sale / purchase process. He was always professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable on the market. Whenever we had a question and called him, he would answer immediately or call back within five minutes. When we found a property on Zillow and request to view it, Kristian made it happen within a day at the most. Under current conditions, Kristian made sure that my families safety came first. He always had a face covering on, even while outdoors and made sure that anyone entering our home for viewing had a face covering and removed their footwear. Buying / selling a home can cause anxiety and be challenging, however Kristian did everything in his power to make the transaction as smooth as possible. ----I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home contact Kristian and have him represent your property!!! ZillowVERIFIED Kris is a great guy to work with! We were touring open houses for a few months and had met with several realtors and didn't have a buyer's agent yet. We met Kris at one of the open houses for which he was a seller's agent, and he was so good at what he does, we ended up signing him as our buyer's agent for any property we go look for and as a dual agent for the listing's open house we met(and ended up buying). We looked at several houses together and shortlisted a few and he had every metric of the house inside his head to compare and discuss which one is better for us. Always available from our first meeting at open house, to several homes we saw together(he went out of his way to show us a home 55 miles away and not in the locality he deals with). He has been closely involved with our two and a half month buying process since the open house, contract, negotiations, inspections, walk-thru and closing. Never pushy at all and always gives us valuable comparisons with the homes you shortlisted v/s the homes which come up and we see. When we made an unusual request to see another house which came up while we were under contract and 2 weeks before closing, he showed us the house with same passion and took enough time. Even after closing we are in touch and he's helping us out in recommending what all a home owner should look out for and things to care for in our new home as we are first time home buyers. He's already a top agent and my review reinforces why. Would definitely recommend Kris to anyone who is looking to buy a property!

Being a first time home-buyer, he was exceptional in his ability to calm my nerves and constantly helping me to understand the different terms and steps involved in the home buying process. I came across Kris accidentally as I was browsing the market and accidentally put in a request for more info on a property. I received a call from Kris about 5 min later and met him at the house the next day! A few months later Kris and I were celebrating in my new home after my closing.
