Quick to respond to texts or calls and can jump on an opportunity lightning fast. We called him on a Wednesday, visited several homes on Thursday and had a purchase agreement signed on Friday. ZillowVERIFIED When we met Kristian, he was an automatic referral as we were looking at a home on Zillow. I can't say enough how thankful we are that he came into our lives. He understood from day one what were looking for. Even early on He had suggestions that fit our needs. We were moving to Green Bay from Nashville and didn't know anything about the new city we now call home. From the first meeting we had, the communication was excellent and never overbearing. We were never left wondering about any part of the process. Even when Kristian had to leave town, he was in constant contact and made sure we were taken care of and that the search didn't cease. There were a few times we thought we had found what we wanted and he fought for us like we were family, only letting up when asked. Ultimately, we landed on a home that was unknown to us. He told us about a new house that we had not seen and told us he thought it would work perfectly for our needs. He was right! He took us to a home that was new, in the right area, the right size, layout and style that we were looking for. We knew right away that this was it! From there, Kristian immediately negotiated an unbelievable deal and got the contract locked up. With his guidance and to our amazement, we closed in less than 30 days! Im so happy that we're still working together looking for recreational land for my family. He has already give us some great advice and some solid leads! I know he will find us what were looking for on this project as well. I've lived in alot of different places and dealt with many experienced real estate agents, some of which are in my family. Out of all of them, Kristian is the cream of the crop! If your looking for real estate in the greater Green Bay area I honestly could not recommend anyone better!
