I highly recommend Kristian to have as your realtor! As a young couple that had no idea what we were doing Kristian made the process so easy and was so helpful. I might have thought I was asking dumb questions, but Kristian didn't make me feel that way at all. He answered my questions in a way I understand and really helped break things down. Kristian was incredible to work with. He made sure we were informed every step of the way and gave us great advice during both the search for our property and the purchase process. When we first reached out, we told him we were over a year away from buying, but he didnt hesitate to meet with us and help us get started. That alone showed us how dedicated he is to his clients. This was our first time buying a property, and it was a duplex, which added complexity. Kristian was patient with us as we navigated the extra details and challenges that come with buying something beyond a single-family home. He took the time to explain everything, gave us resources when we needed them, and made sure we felt confident and comfortable throughout the process.
