ZillowVERIFIEDKristian is very knowledgeable, energetic and enthusiastic realtor and was essential in establishing market expectations as well as the explaining the entire process. His effort in gathering the house details, setting up for professional pictures, putting the house on the market, open houses and the selling process was invaluable. Kristian was on top of all the tasks from the start ensuring that it was done right and on time.
ZillowVERIFIEDIn our pursuit of finding our dream home, we had the pleasure of coming across a property listing in close proximity to our desired location. Intrigued, we attended the open house where we had the pleasure of meeting Kristian. From the moment we met him, it was evident that Kristian possessed an incredibly positive energy and his enthusiasm in showcasing the house was truly spectacular. Unfortunately, the house did not meet the needs of our family of five. We departed the open house with an optimistic outlook due to our connection with Kristian and his vibrant personality. After careful consideration, we decided to approach Kristian the following week to seek his assistance in our house-hunting journey. To our delight, Kristian displayed remarkable flexibility and was open to collaborating with other realtors who had properties available in the desired area. As first-time homebuyers, we required considerable guidance and support, and Kristian exceeded our expectations. He demonstrated an unwavering dedication to ensuring that no stone was left unturned, readily seizing the opportunity to connect with realtors in the surrounding area of interest upon our request. Despite visiting several houses that did not fulfill our requirements, Kristian remained steadfast in uplifting our spirits and reinforcing our confidence that the perfect home would present itself when the conditions were right. True to his words, Kristian did not disappoint. When we finally stumbled upon a house that we fell in love with, Kristian extended his unwavering support, utilizing every resource available to him in order to facilitate the entire process. Surprisingly, what we initially anticipated to be an overwhelming experience turned out to be remarkably smooth, culminating in a successful closing just shy of a month, resulting in our acquisition of a cherished piece of property in the heart of Chicago. We cannot express enough gratitude for crossing paths with Kristian during this remarkable journey. His expertise, dedication, and unwavering support were instrumental in making our dream a reality. We wholeheartedly appreciate his exceptional service and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a truly remarkable home-buying experience. Thank you, Kristian, for making this journey an exceptional one!
ZillowVERIFIEDKristian did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our townhome. Finding the house we loved was not easy, so we appreciated his patience and willingness to keep looking until we found what we loved. He is knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. He has got some great contacts that helped simplify the whole process. We recommend his services to any home buyer!
ZillowVERIFIEDKristian has been nothing but stellar throughout our entire (very long) home-buying process. First and foremost, Kristian is very knowledgeable of the market and gives great advice. He is also very personable, and has great connections that helped us secure financing and find a great attorney. In this highly competitive market, Kristian was able to getting multiple of our offers accepted and even negotiate for credits back in contacts that had very little wiggle room. He has also been highly responsive and quick to answer texts and calls, even on the weekends and during evenings. We have a modest budget and specific timeline constraints. We had been working with Kristian for 8 total months and had to walk away from 2 contracts before finally closing on our home, but Kristian was never ever impatient or tried to rush us into anything we were uncomfortable with at any point in the process. He helped us navigate through some really tricky unforeseen hiccups. He was always available, communicative, patient, compassionate, and always had our best interest in mind. We are so happy with our new home and we are incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to work with Kristian. We will absolutely recommend him to anyone else in a heartbeat.
