ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of buying our home. She is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with. She communicated clearly throughout the process and was always available to answer questions or explain what to expect next. One thing I really appreciated was that we never felt rushed or pressured. Kristi was patient while we looked at homes and was very accommodating whenever we requested a showing or wanted to take another look at a property. She made us feel comfortable taking the time we needed to make such a big decision. Kristi was also a great resource beyond just showing us homes. She provided helpful information about the neighborhoods and areas we were considering and gave us a great recommendation for our home inspector, who was thorough and wonderful to work with. Once we found our home, Kristi continued to be there throughout the entire process. She helped keep everything moving, made the buying process feel easy and organized, and even sat in with us at closing. We had a great experience working with Kristi and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She was patient, accommodating, knowledgeable, and made what could have been a stressful process feel very manageable.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was wonderful to work with when selling my condo. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. From the beginning, she clearly communicated every step of the process and was always responsive whenever I had a question. During the initial walkthrough, Kristi gave me great insight into the current market and pricing and provided helpful, practical feedback on how to stage and prepare my condo for showings. I really appreciated her attention to detail and how comfortable she made the entire selling process feel. She was also incredibly reliableaEUR"she showed up on time to every meeting and was often there before I was! Kristi truly went above and beyond for our family. She was so sweet with my one-year-old and would even help keep him entertained while we talked, including pulling out toys she had in her car for him to play with. Those little things made an already stressful process so much easier. Everyone Kristi recommended throughout the sale, from the photographer to the attorney, was also professional, responsive, and great to work with. I felt like I had a great team supporting me throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Kristi to anyone looking to sell their home. She is knowledgeable, dependable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi helped us sell 2 homes and buy 1 home. She is the best agent we have ever worked with. Very knowledgeable and very experienced. Kristi is very personable. She goes out of her way to help people. She returns texts and calls promptly. The last home we sold, we tried to sell it by owner. We had adds in local papers and did not have one response. The day we asked her to sell our home we had 2 showings the same day and received an offer in 3-4 days. We highly recommend Kristi. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was our agent for the recent purchase of our first home. Kristi was recommended by both a family member and my mortgage lender, and I can clearly see why. Kristi was extremely knowledgeable about the process of buying a home, the market swings, and making offers competitive without overpaying. Kristi negotiated well on our behalf. Kristi was able to use her years of experience and her reputation to ultimately get us into a great home. Even after "sealing the deal," so to speak, Kristi was with us every step of the way to guide us through the process. She was consistently responsive, proactive, and patient with us. We ended up with a great home, and I don't think we would be here if not for her incredible work ethic.
