ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was so great to work with. I got lucky and was connected to her when I signed up for a house tour online. She never rushed us into anything and kept our needs and wants her priority. Always on time and a great communicator. Shes also very responsive and gets her work done fast. She was so helpful in closing the house on time as well! When escrow and the lender couldnt get certain documents Kristi really stepped up and got them what they needed. She also has great negotiation skills. I was able to get the house in the price I was willing to pay and not a dime more. The seller wanted more money for the house and we kept refusing and Kristi never pressured me to pay more. Highly recommend working with Kristi! She even follows up after the house is closed and is there for you for all your questions after purchasing the house. Me and my parents are so happy with our new home and Kristi was a big help in getting us there!

ZillowVERIFIED Where to begin? Our situation became very tight when it came to scheduling and we are still stunned that she managed to get it done as she did. We sold one home and moved into another like clockwork and Kristi is the one who made it happen. Through some great negotiations we were provided 10 days after selling our first home to get our belongings moved to our new home. We received a sum that exceeded the appraisal on the home we sold in Banning and paid a significant amount under the appraised value of the home we moved into in Beaumont. The entire process took exactly six weeks from the moment we said we wanted to get this done to the moment she got it done. Kristi was able to put us in touch with people who helped get our home ready in a hurry and she managed to get us credits on our purchase as well. We are happily settling into our new home and have added Kristi to our Christmas list because she was our Santa this year for sure. Thank you again Kristi, you rock!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold our house in French Valley, and thanks to Kristi, things worked out perfectly. We are out of state, and Kristi made sure everything was taken care of. She made sure the house was ready for pictures and made the whole process easy. The house was on the market for one week, and from opening escrow to closing, it only took four weeks keeping in mind the house was listed right before the holidays! Kristi made negotiations seem effortless. Even with the time difference, she was available every time we had questions regarding inspections or questions from the buyers. Honestly, it was nerve-wracking to look for an agent, especially not being there to meet and create rapport with the person. Still, Kristi was knowledgeable and extremely honest from the beginning. She did an amazing job. Kristi knew the current market conditions, and her recommendations were spot on; buying and selling your home can be stressful, but in our case, and thanks to Kristi Robles, everything was smooth and done faster than we expected.
