ZillowVERIFIED An adamant professional that exceeded all expectations! He even got a brand new roof put on my house prior to taking ownership. He always responded fast and with the specific information requested. His vast knowledge was detrimental to the negotiation process and got me a great deal on a solid property with a brand new roof.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was amazing. She was very proactive in helping find a home for us. She showed no frustration whatsoever when we didn't like a home she drove a long way to get a video for us. She was very patient with us as we were out of state buyers so most everything was done by video or email up until inspection. Kristi also emailed us and discussed business while she was on vacation in Florida when we finally found a home (which we closed on yesterday). She is very knowledgeable in VA loans and made that process seem so much less stressful than it could have been if I was working with someone less knowledgeable. Honestly, if I could give her extra credit, I would give her 10 out of 5 stars! Great job! Would highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Very helpful in helping with a decision on a great home that is perfect for my family. We bought a newer home, and we were able to get a lot included in the purchase with the help of Kristi Roberts. I would recommend her if you need to know the it's and out. If she doesn't know something, she will surely find out and respond promptly to your concerns.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi is a pleasure to work with because of her great attitude . She worked with me for more then a year and a half to find the right home. She never got frustrated and always made herself available for us at short notice, while managing a family of five children and a husband during the Covid shut down. I give her a 10 out of 10 Joe Borghi

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi assisted us in getting our home ready to list, then she marketed it and sold it very quickly for a more than fair selling price. Her negotiating skills, and personality really helped my husband and I feel very comfortable with the whole process. She kept us informed every step of the way and responded quickly to our questions and contacts. She made sure we were understanding all of the steps involved in selling our home. Kristi then helped us find and purchase our current home, displaying the same amount of patience, negotiating skills, professionalism and responsiveness in the home buying process. We highly recommend Kristi.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi help us get the home of our dreams and worked hard to get a fair price during rising prices. Before they called themselves K and E realty. She was very helpful and was always available. She waa very honest from beginning to end. She didnt try to oversell us and didn't let us get taken advantaged of either. As a USMC veteran i would recommend K and E Realty to any friend or family memer

ZillowVERIFIED From day one of being connected with Kristi, she has been on top of everything real estate wise. I go in knowing nothing and leaving knowing everything. She scheduled houses to view immediately after sending what I was interested in. She was always in contact with my loan officer and I, so i was always filled in. You couldn't ask for a more professional real estate agent/team. I am not a very easy person to please, but Kristi and Ed went above and beyond my expectations. I am now a new home owner thanks to them! 10/10

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi helped my wife and I find our first home; she was absolutely wonderful! We would highly recommend and will use her again should we buy again in the area. She is patient, helpful, and enjoyable to talk to! We are quite picky and visited dozens of homes...Kristi was eager to help every step of the way. She is also very knowledgeable beyond just realty....Kristi and Ed even helped us through some of the updates we were planning for our house.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so lucky that we found Kristi when we moved to Michigan for my job relocation. As our realtor, she helped us find the right house for the right price in the right neighborhood. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right house. She was patient and answered all our questions, related to the first-time buyer experience. She knows this process very well! We would recommend her to everyone! Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made herself completely available to us. She knew the best asking price for us to go with when we listed our home and it sold in a day and a half. She presented us multiple offers, including all the pros and cons, in a very concise and easy to understand manner. She made herself available whenever we needed her with any questions or concerns that we may have had. I will definitely recommend her to all of my friends and family, and will definitely use her in the future for all of our real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I was sure that we couldn't find a home that would fit our needs within our budget. Kristi kept sending prospective listings, and contacting us immediately on listings that were not going to stay available long, so we would not lose the opportunities. She found us the home that fit all of our needs, and even assisted me with obtaining VA financing. I recommend her to everyone that I hear is looking to buy or sell a home. We couldn't ask for a more efficient and pleasant experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Referred to us by our lender, Kristi answered our calls, listened to our requests, and worked with our schedule to schedule and show us many many homes, most of the time touring several homes in succession on Saturday or Sunday mornings. We tested Kristi's local knowledge as we pushed her to the farthest boundaries of her territory. Kristi is friendly, personable, and professional. I can assure you that my wife and I were not always the easiest customers to work with, but Kristi never treated us as if we were anything less than her most valuable customer. She also helped us a lot through the home buying process, assisting with various inspections, paperwork, etc. We have Kristi to thank for helping us find and get in the home we currently live in and love.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I would recommend Kristi and Ed to anyone. They made the process of buying our first home so smooth. We had a VA loan and Kristi was very knowledgeable and gave us honest advice to make sure we got the maximum benefits (and would be approved by the VA). When we finally found the perfect home, it already had multiple offers but Kristi worked with us to write an offer that got us the home!

ZillowVERIFIED I met Kristi through a VA Home Loan company when I was looking for a home in the Fowlerville area this past year (2016). We first met at one of the properties that I was interested in looking at and Kristi was quick to help us determine that the property wasn't a right fit. With our busy lives and plans for the future, we were looking for more of a starter home than a forever home. Kristi did a great job of showing us a bunch of different options. Even though I had done a VA loan before there were still a bunch of questions that I had and she was quick to answer them through text and email. When my mortgage writer messed up the closing documentation Kristi was more than happy to rearrange her schedule to fit our needs and worked well with the sellers to make sure it went as smooth as possible. She really made it as seamless as a home purchase can be. What impressed me even more was her attention after the sale. Realtors are great during the process, but I think the majority of home buyers never expect to hear from them after they have purchased the house. Not Kristi though, I received update emails asking me how things were going, a personalized Christmas card thanking me for the business, and random texts every so often to see how me and my family are doing. If you're reading this review then you will hands down be happy that you are dealing with Kristi.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was the best realtor to work with. I had contacted other realtors to help our family find the perfect home for us and we were pretty much dismissed. Occasionally, the real estate agent would send out an email with homes that either were way beyond our price range or didn't fit what our family needed. I contacted Kristi Roberts and I got a response within 30 minutes. She was patient when we were unsure about our options, she took the time to explain every aspect of purchasing a home, and she was always available for questions. When we found the home we really wanted, she did everything she could to make it work for us. I am happy to say that Kristi is not only a great realtor, she is an awesome friend.
