ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was attentive to each property, often noticing things we didnt - giving us an even greater perspective to make decisions with. She was down to earth, easy to work with and we made a great new friend out of this process!! Shes not just a realtor to us, shes a friend! She also went the extra mile with communication AND had her husband make us a beautiful wooden cheese board for our new home!!! What an amazing woman!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was always available for our needs or questions we had about the home buying process. Her constant feedback and communication was outstanding every step of the way throughout our entire home buying process. Kristi went above and beyond to assist and answer all of our questions and concerns. With so much time spent on searching for the perfect home which fit our needs with Kristi, the relationship we built with her over our home buying process, Kristi became like family. My wife and I could not have asked for a better, attentive and dedicated realtor than Kristi for our home. Thank you Kristi for everything and for making the entire process such a manageable and rewarding life decision.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was delightful and effective as our buyers agent on our recent home purchase in New Braunfels. Her local knowledge stems from growing up here. Her professional demeanor is impressive. Kristi is a good listener. She asks the right questions to gain an understanding of the buyers hot buttons, which was key. We found Kristi by an enquiry in Zillow. While the house that got our attention for the area was nice, it took Kristi to find us the ideal property. She is prompt to respond, sets expectations appropriately, meets commitments and challenged our thinking in an understated professional manner. I highly recommend Kristi to anyone wanting to buy property in the Texas Hill Country.

ZillowVERIFIED She is very honest, upfront and fights for all that is right for her client! She made sure that every detail of our home purchase was in our best interest. I have boughten homes in the past and have been in the construction field my entire life yet my agent was able to point out important issues that I totally overlooked. And when it came to closing every detail was in my family's best interest! I would recommend Kristi Metcalf hands down for your next purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED She was extremely helpful and always responsive to my requests. We ended up not choosing to purchase a home at this time, but I will definitely use her again!! She is the only realtor I ever worked with (over the last 20 years), that actually sent me houses to consider every day!! And she did extremely well at hearing our needs and narrowing the homes down to our specifications!! Loved her!!
