It was during a very stressful part of our lives, as we had to move my Mother into an assisted living and sell her home that she had lived in for 30 years. Kristi was so compassionate and went over and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. She was extremely professional, but was also so incredably thoughtful to make sure my Mother understood all the details that go into selling a home. Kristi went the extra mile by volunteering to meet with anyone that needed into the house from appraisers, contractors, etc. and even checked on the house to make sure the heat was set properly when the weather turned cold. She always had open communication with me and my Mother making sure we understood every step of the selling process. I highly recommend Kristi for anyone needing a Real Estate agent. ZillowVERIFIED Kristi took initiative to leave a flyer on my house door about how she had just sold a house within 24 hours about a block from my house. She sold mine within 48 hours. She also took the initiative to offer to me photos of my house to be taken. They were impressive and the photographer was excellent. Kristi is an excellent listener and excellent communicator. Kristi worked around the clock for me and even during the Christmas Holidays. We completed final negotiations on Christmas Eve.I definitely recommend Kristi if you want a quick sale!
