ZillowVERIFIED Kristi and Chet did a remarkable job of presenting and showing my home to potential buyers. They were experts at guiding me in negotiations of the sale of my home. Their communications were always clear, concise and prompt. I was especially impressed with the photos, written home description and all of the showing efforts that their office coordinated. Their various contacts with contractors made everything so effortless to buy and sell my homes. They made the process easy and enjoyable. They are truly the BEST EXPERTS in the Brazos Valley. I was especially proud of my grandson Chet for his knowledge and professionalism. I trusted him completely and could not have made this move without him and his expertise! With deepest gratitude, Peggy Mobley

ZillowVERIFIED We really enjoyed working with Wilson Wood, he was very knowledgeable and reassuring. He not only helped us buy and sell at the same time but he helped us find contractors and even helped set up appointments for us. His guidance made a stressful situation so smooth and manageable. We had to bring our children to a lot of showings, he was so sweet to them and would include them in the showings. Even after closing he has checked in to make sure we are happy with our home. Were are so grateful for all of his hard work, professionalism, and genuine care. We would highly recommend Wilson and the Kristi Fox team.

ZillowVERIFIED Not a good experience. I wouldnt recommend using her services She just completed closing and made a bunch of money selling our house. I didnt even receive a thank you. Self centered around her own interests. She kept saying things like she was protecting the seller (me) when she was only self absorbed in her own interests. Her communication style was not very professional by using ALL capital letters (yelling) at me and pretending she didnt know what that meant. I had only asked a clarifying question and she repeatedly state she felt like she was repeating herself. I recommend finding another agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Look no further! Kristi and her team are the absolute best! I have worked with a dozen agents and none have come close to Kristi. She had my home under contract in less than ten days and walked me through everything to ensure nothing fell through. I ask a ton of questions and she always had an answer. She knows how to get a deal done, can stay ahead of issues, and is excellent in keeping clients informed. If you chose Kristi, it will be your best real estate experience! She sets the bar high for all other agents to try to reach!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi Fox Satsky was very helpful in working with us to sell our previous home even after we moved 3 states away. Her team kept tabs on the vacant property, which was especially beneficial during periods of bad weather or storms. We would definitely recommend Kristi Fox Satsky to anyone looking for real estate help, buying or selling, in the Bryan and College Station markets of Texas.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi Fox Satsky is an amazing Realtor. I live abroad and was not able to see the houses that I was interested in. Kristi made videos in a very professional way for all of them and sent the videos to me. These videos and her very honest opinion helped me to make the best selection without the need to travel to College Station until the closing date. She is very knowledgable, professional, patient, and considerate person. It was a great experience to work with Kristi and her team. I strongly recommend her to buyers and sellers

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi is a champion for clients. She had 3 offers lined up within 24hrs of our house being listed, and we got a premium over our asking price, and even higher than the Zillow price!! She knows how the game works, and gets it done. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

ZillowVERIFIED We have known Kristi for around 16 years. We became good friends and later she took the role of our Realtor. We are home builders in the Bryan/College Station area and she has listed our homes for many years. She won't be out worked by anyone, she is driven to please her customers and will do her best for you. She is kind and loyal and does things out of the goodness of her heart. She takes her job seriously and wants to do what is right for whomever she is representing. You will be pleased every time with her and her staff. They truly love what they do and you will know it! We appreciate her and can't imagine using anyone else!

ZillowVERIFIED In all my dealings with realtors over these 25 years, I have yet to find one like Kristi. After spending five months in Virginia looking for property, dealing with many realtors, I began to miss not only Aggieland, but I also missed the sincerity displayed by Kristi. She has always been prompt, and willing to do what it takes to encourage both sellers, and buyers to make the decision that is is best for each.

ZillowVERIFIED We initially listed our home with another agent and had zero movement. Then we decided to hire Kristy to take over and she wasted no time getting everything set up and showings going. We quickly received amazing multiple offers and she negotiated the final sale seamlessly. Both Kristy and her team made us feel as if we were their only clients by handling any issues and all questions we had with great support. They stayed right by our side throughout the entire process! I would absolutely recommend Kristi Fox Satsky as your next and forever Real Estate Professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi Fox Satsky is a gem of realtor. I've never met another professional like her in my life, who can manage so many accounts (properties) at the same time and simultaneously give her clients individualized attention. She is in demand because she is that good and she gets things done. Kristi invests her whole person into her work. She helped me buy my house and years later, coordinated its sale. I tell everyone who is in the market for a home about Kristi.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi Fox Satsky is an amazing real estate agent. She helped me and my family find the perfect home for us in our price range. The perfect little country home not too far from the city. She was able to meet us and show us properties whenever we needed and always responded quickly to any questions that we had. She is also a very kind and generous woman. She participates in a Homes for Heroes program which she personally gives part of her commission to those who apply from the program such as, military and veterans, police officers, teacher, health professionals, etc. She referred us to an awesome lender to helped us find the perfect loan program that gave us awesome rates- Nathan Rich at Fairway Mortgage.... She even sent us a pie at Thanksgiving! To top it off, when she saw the struggles my family was going through such as me having breast cancer at a young age and my husband going through police academy, she picked my family for a special Christmas gift of $2000 to go to whatever we needed. I have nothing but good things to say about her and feel blessed to have her help me find my forever home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi took care of me from start to finish. When I came to College Station in 2011, she helped me find a home. There were already four other offers, but she guided us in creating an offer that the seller accepted! Then when it was time to leave College Station (this month), she had my property listed within 24 hours, we had two offers within the first six days! There was a bit of difficulty with negotiating repairs, but yet again Kristi surpassed my expectations and got me an amazing deal. I can't recommend Kristi enough!!! She will completely take care of you!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Kristi for several years while I was her daughter's principal and I have recommended her many times to new parents and new employees that have joined our campus and school district. When it was time for my family to buy a new home, of course we called Kristi. Kristi knows the market and the neighborhoods and probably the best thing is that Kristi knows the timing of the market. Her entire team works together to make sure that you are informed throughout the process. I do wonder when she sleeps because if something needs to be done, then she is taking care of it. When I had a new teacher move to town this past summer, she was using an agent that wasn't moving very quickly. I called Kristi on a Tuesday afternoon and told her that this couple needed to find a house by Friday because the wife was headed back out of state to sell their current home. They talked and Kristi moved full steam ahead. The family found a home and put in an offer that got them the house that they wanted BEFORE Friday!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi worked hard to get us a great deal on property in BCS. And, she was also willing to help while we were dealing with having electrical services established after closing, and went out of her way to help our lender with information needed for a second appraisal. We remain commited to Kristi when the opportunity to list our property arises, and recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was a pleasure to work with, my husband and I had a very specific list of requirements for our forever home. We bought the 2nd house Kristi showed us and are still in love with it 2 years later! I swear her phone must be glued to her hand because it never takes her more than a few minutes to get back to you. I would highly recommend her as a realtor for both buying or selling your home, we couldn't have been happier.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi helped me and my husband buy our first home after receiving news of our first pregnancy. It was a great experience, she helped us from finding the best home lender and a great program to help with our closing cost and also informed us of her Home for Heros program. I recommend her to everyone I know who is looking for a home. She was very helpful in the backgrounds of all neighborhoods we looked at, and didn't waste our time on places she didn't see fit for us. I can honestly say she had our best interest.
