ZillowVERIFIED Kristi is one of the most amazing agents. She and her family have been my clients for over 15 years just recently I was lucky enough to work with her as a client. My little brother came to me and let me know he was moving to Salt Lake City and wanted to know if I knew anyone that could help him find a home. I told him I had the perfect person for him and before you knew it we were sitting across the table with Kristi and discussing a game plan on how to find his next home. During the process there were a lot of ups and downs and Kristi keep the ball going and reminded us that even though it is a process she was confident he would find a home and then we did. Thank you Kristi for you optimism and confidence at keeping us on task. Tory

ZillowVERIFIED For 6+ months we tried fixing up our house for sale with little progress. Getting a reliable contractor for the work needed was an issue until we reach out to Kristi. She was able to provide contact for reliable and quality contractors that were able to complete all major project (i.e., complete backyard renovation and more). She was able to place the house on the market, sell and close on the house within 2 months. It has been a great pleasure working with Kristi Durrant. She was upfront with everything and kept us informed of everything as they happen. She was transparent, helpful, patient, and totally generous with her time and energy. We are very happy with all the hard work you put into getting our house sold as fast as it did. I would highly recommend Kristi to anyone. Thank you so much! We could not have asked for a better agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi did an amazing job helping us get our rental home ready to go on the market. She knows the market very well and has deep connections with contractors that helped immensely in speeding the process. Kristi is a true professional, she knows how to market, she knows how to negotiate. This is our fourth transaction with Kristi and she always does an incredible job. Thank you, Kristi!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi presented information to us that changed our minds about who to have sell our home. I am very glad she did. We were considering someone else, but after hearing what she and Coldwell Banker could do, we signed with her. Our home presented some challenges, as there were not any specific comparable homes in the area to use for guidance. The home was very old, but had been totally updated and had a lot of property. Most of the comparable homes were less. That's when Kristi went to work. The first appraisal came in low, but she negotiated for another company to come out. After much discussion and work, she got us the asking price we wanted. I don't think many agents would have fought for us the way shed did. She has the experience and attitude to get things done - highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was so awesome! She recently helped my fiancA(C)'s sister buy a house so we also decided to go through her and I am very happy and feel fortunate that we were able to meet her. She was able to get us into our dream home, that seemed almost like it would be impossible for us to achieve. Thankfully she was so knowledgeable through every step of the way and made our dream turn into a reality. During these stressful time's, she did everything she possibly could to make hour house buying process as stress-free as she could. She was very quick to communicate with us during everything that was happening with negotiations, got us a killer deal and was able to get the seller to pay for certain things, and was looking out for us every step of the way and letting us know things to keep an eye out for and would bring up some of her own concerns. I would whole heartedly recommend Kristi to anyone who's ready to purchase home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi is great! Even several years after helping us get into our home, she is still happy to help! Property tax questions, home value questions, you name it, she has the info. She was instrumental to our success when wading through the process to get our PMI cancelled. Definitely recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was so helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She provided excellent comps for the properties we were selling, and when FIVE offers came--very quickly--she organized and presented them. Kristi: *discussed pro's and con's of each offer *shared logical reasons why some potential buyers would likely not be in our best interest to accept *discussed which offer she thought best and why *worked with the eventual buyers to adjust their offers as repair problems emerged *followed up and kept in touch throughout the process

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was recommended by a good friend and I can see why! Although this was my first home buying experience, it was exceptional. Kristi definitely went above and beyond and made the entire process a pleasure. She was very invested and prompt in answering questions. Her knowledge and professionalism was obvious during negotiations and we were able to reach an agreement. I'm very grateful for everything Kristi and her husband Jeff did for me during the entire process and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new house!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi has done everything in her power to be the kind of agent we needed and wanted! We can highly recommend her for her honesty, integrity, sincerity, and all those wonderful descriptions of an unusually talented and knowledgeable agent. We sold our home after only three weeks of being listed, and found a condo that suits our purposes within that same time. We mentioned to her that we didn't want to have our house on the market for a year, as some neighbors have had, but we surely didn't expect this rapid find. Thanks Kristi, for EVERYTHING! And thanks to Jeff, who helped as well. Bob and Phyllis

ZillowVERIFIED We had to sell our home quickly as we were moving out of state due to a job transfer. Some friends recommended Kristi and so I called her. Her and Jeff came by our house that night, and we had it on the market less than a week later. It was under contract 9 days later! Kristi gave us great advise on what areas around the house we should focus on before listing it (what furniture to move and where, what items to repair, etc.) Her suggestions and expertise helped us sell our house quickly for the price we wanted. She actively marketed our property and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants a professional agent who will work hard to sell their property.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi helped us sell our home in Utah and through her expertise, it went quickly and smoothly. Really appreciate her responsiveness and knowledge. Also, since I'm moving out of state, she was able to contact other relators in the state I'm moving to and interviewed them to find a good one for me to work with out here. She did a great job and the realtor here in Alabama is very professional and knowledgeable. It has made a huge difference in trying to find a home. ZillowVERIFIED I listed my house with Kristi the first week in April 2014. Before listing Kristi gave me some very valuable pointers on showing my home. The sign went up on Tuesday and I had two offers by Saturday. I accepted the best offer which was full price and cash. Kristi was always professional. The paper work was immaculate and done in a timely manner. Kristi was available to answer questions and always kept me informed on every detail. I was very pleased with my experience with Kristi. I am still amazed at how fast and smooth the sale of my property occurred. Kristi is very experienced and knows what it takes to list and sell homes.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristi Durrant is the reason that I have the house I am in now. I don't know that another agent would have been able to get everything done that Kristi did. Long Story short, the seller did not know how much was owed on the house and in the process of closing the loan it was found that the bank was owed more than the sale of the house would provide. Kristi was able to get the selling agent, the loan officer and her agency to reduce the commissions due them to come up with the difference and keep the house from going into a lengthy short-sale negotiation with the bank. We needed the house immediately. I was working under the stress of getting married and finding a home to blend eight children at the time, so Kristi's efforts were invaluable. We continue to be blessed by her willingness to go above and beyond what anyone would have expected from her.

ZillowVERIFIED We went thru several different Real Estate agents before we found Kristi. She was like a breath of fresh air compared to the other agents we dealt with. We had been looking at homes for two months and saw very little of worth. One agent never had his business cards with him.We made an appointment with Kristi and when we arrived at her office she was well prepared. We looked at several homes on a big screen and discussed them. With her help we picked out several to look at. Within one week we found our home & made an offer. Kristi was there all the way to help us. She advised us about the home warranty program and we are very thankful that we followed her advice. Kristi is in our opinion is a fantastic & knowledgeable Real Estate Agent.
