ZillowVERIFIEDI worked with Kristi after being referred by two of my closest friends. Let me tell you... I am so thankful they did. As a first time home buyer I was very scared to look at I didnt know what the heck I was doing. Kristi is so incredibly patient, a wonderful teacher and the BEST advocate for your clients. Any question, any time, she was ON IT! We had a couple hiccups when it came to closing and Kristi made sure that not only ever was taken care of but it was taken care of correctly, the first time. I could go on and on but point being, you cannot find someone better
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a very seamless experience with Kristi Croniser! She was extremely quick with response time and was continuously giving us updates as she received them. She went above and beyond to make sure any questions we had were answered. Any concerns that we had she made sure they were addressed with the sellers realtor and had those issues resolved promptly. I always felt like we were in great hands. She genuinely cares about her clients and remained professional while at the same time very personable. I highly recommend using Kristi as your agent!
ZillowVERIFIEDKristi Croniser is absolutely amazing! For the couple months we were looking and then buying, Kristi was in daily (if not hourly) contact with my family. Her assistance and knowledge was superb ... we have never received the level of dedication, responsiveness, and comradery as we did with Kristi as our agent ! A true GEM to work with!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDI have bought and sold several houses over the years and have never really felt that any agents were particularly interested in ?matching me? to the right home-that is, until I met Kristi at an open house. She is extremely professional and got to know what my needs were (which could change on a weekly basis) she showed me rentals for my company and homes for my family. She knew I was particularly interested in being close to my family (grandkids) and after showing me so many houses and working so hard while I was stuck in the 2008 house prices, we finally had a conversation about what it would take to get near my kids. She made it happen-I?m not sure how she made her magic work, but it was the easiest purchase and closing I have ever experienced. She took care of all the details and connected me to professionals for services I need. She has a wealth of connections to help a customer find the ?right house? at the ?right price?. I just cannot say enough about how pleased I am and how excited and happy my grandkids are. I am sure I will continue to dabble in real estate but I will NEVER use anyone besides Kristi
ZillowVERIFIEDFrom my very first interaction with Kristi to my closing she was professional, responsive, knowledgeable and just overall amazing to work with! I was so impressed with her dedication and work ethic. Even during her vacation she was in constant contact with me regarding showings and any questions I had. She put my mind at ease with her calm and friendly demeanor. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!
ZillowVERIFIEDI cannot express enough how grateful I am to have had Kristi Croniser as my real estate agent during the sale of my home. From the moment we started working together, I knew I was in good hands. Kristis expertise and dedication to her clients truly set her apart. One of the things that impressed me the most about Kristi was how easy she was to work with. She had a deep understanding of the entire selling process and took the time to explain every step to me in a way that was clear and easy to understand. Her knowledge and experience were evident, and it gave me confidence in her abilities. When it came to assessing the value of my house, Kristis insights were invaluable. She knew my house inside and out, and she had a keen understanding of its worth in the current market. Her guidance helped me set a realistic and competitive price, and ultimately, I felt like I got the price and value I wanted. Kristis attention to detail and commitment to excellence were apparent in every aspect of the sale. The staging of my house was of excellent quality, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that showcased its true potential. The open house was managed professionally, with clear and effective communication to potential buyers. Kristi made the offer-acceptance process easy and streamlined, ensuring that everything was handled in a professional manner. What truly stood out to me about Kristi was her ability to address any issues or concerns that arose during the process. She was responsive, proactive, and always put me at ease. Her belief in the value and benefits of my home made her an exceptional advocate throughout the sale. I always felt like I was making informed decisions, thanks to Kristis guidance and expertise. From start to finish, I had complete confidence that Kristi was representing my best interests. She knew the market, she knew my home, and she knew how to manage the sale effectively. I never doubted that she would negotiate and advocate to get me the best price and ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. If youre looking for a real estate agent who will go above and beyond for you, I wholeheartedly recommend Kristi Croniser. She is a true professional who is dedicated to her clients success. Working with her was an absolute pleasure, and I have no doubt that she will continue to excel in her career.

ZillowVERIFIEDKristi and her team is very professional, hard working, dedicated and friendly realtor. Though it was our first time purchasing our house, Kristi made sure we had complete knowledge of the listings. She made it look very easy for us and went above our expectations to find our dream house . Kristi and her colleague Tia made sure that we were fully satisfied before we signed the deal and they walked us through the whole process very smoothly. We are glad that we chose Kristi as our realtor for the purchase of our Dream House.

ZillowVERIFIEDKristi was instrumental with our first home buying experience. She was extremely patient with us as we figured out our needs and wants. She was able to answer all of our questions which ranged from what to look for, how to prepare a strong offer and even resale potential. We are SO happy with our home and can?t thank her enough for all her help!
ZillowVERIFIEDKristi did a great job with both selling our home and helping us find our future forever home. We needed a realtor that could help us navigate the process of selling our home, finding a new (forever) home, timing everything properly and for closing and moving.
ZillowVERIFIEDKristi is truly the best. I felt like giving up on looking for a house in this market and she stayed persistent and I wouldn?t have my beautiful home now without her. Over 2 years of constant issues and she stood by myself the entire way. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a home and especially someone who has never done it before. I was so clueless to the whole process and she always broke it down in a way that I could understand. Keep up the great work Kristi !!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDAs first time home buyers and never having gone through this process, Kristi was amazing and so helpful. She was always willing to answer any questions. She was responsive. She was willing to show any house no matter where it was located. If it wasn?t for her, we would have given up looking for our first home during this difficult time, but now we have a home instead because of Kristi.
