ZillowVERIFIED Moving to Abilene, Texas from out of state we contacted Kristi because she was affiliated with a subdivision we were initially interested in. As it turned out we didnt buy in that neighborhood but are so thankful we got connected with Kristi! I know Kristi is crazy busy, but my wife and I felt like we were the only clients she was working with. She effortlessly made time for all our showing requests and was super responsive to calls, texts, and emails. We also werent buying the most expensive house in town, but Kristi and her team treated us like we were buying a million dollar property. I was continually amazed at how quickly she was able to move the process along once we had made an offer and were under contract. When we looked at a close date less than 30 days out, she didnt blink but just started pulling the levers to make it happen. The other thing I appreciated about Kristi and Stacy was their attention to detail on keeping us informed of every step in the buying/closing process. Her team sent almost daily, customized update emails in a beautiful full color presentation with a photo of the house we were buying and details about what was happening and what we needed to do to keep on our timeline. For me those update emails spoke volumes regarding Kristis professionalism and attention detail. Our experience with Kristi and her team was like taking a trip in a luxury car vs. an economy car. Both will get you to the destination, but one is a much more enjoyable experience!

My family came to Abilene on military assignment, and determined that purchasing a home would be better for our family of five then renting. Our VA loan was constrained because we already owned a home in another state, and didn't have a substantial down-payment. Kristi understood our restrictions and the size/location of the house we were hoping to find. She was extremely knowledgeable about the local area, and provided patient advice to us. She recognized that we weren't opposed to "sweat-equity" and suggested that we might be able to find a suitable priced house needing a facelift. That began a short, but intensive search to find a home in good condition in need of some remodeling. We found it and was able to negotiate terms that were acceptable to both parties. Kristi is honest, responsive, and knowledgeable. She can help refine your search, and make a challenging time more manageable. I'd recommend her to anyone transitioning into or out of the Abilene Area, and hope to work with her again someday.

I contacted her through Zillow and she showed me the property her knowledge was amazing. she loved the house also but found some things that totally made me rethink the house and she sent me daily emails of houses in my budget and a long the lines of what I was looking for . I told her I wanted under 175 with a country feel and we trekked all over the city some afternoons and weekends for about 6 months. she would tell me pros and cons and one day she emailed me a listing that I almost didn't open because it was at 186 (way out of my range) and it was in the city (less than an acre) but I said why not lets see and I fell in love with it and got the seller down to 177 so not that bad out of my range! and I live in it now and everyday I sit on my porch and just say "I own this" and I haven't stopped smiling its been 15 days since that house has been mine!

There were MANY bumps in the road once we even found a place, from dealing with mortgage company, home insurance company, down to the seller and Kristi was able to take over and get things done for us! The seller of our home even went past his own realtor to deal with Kristi as well, and even though it wasn't her job, she stepped up to get us the house! We are very grateful for all her help! She was very knowledgeable, professional and got us our dream home, for both my hubby and myself. My two boys are loving it as well!
