ZillowVERIFIED Kristi was on top of things all the time with our search for a home in the South Lyon area. We would get a message from her within a day of homes being available. At one point, we put a hold on our search due to some family concerns. She would keep in touch with us on a regular basis to see if anything had changed and to see how we were doing. From the very beginning we told her what our ideal Dream Home would be and the subdivision that we wanted to be in. Even though we were not ready to jump back into the housing market, she sent us a listing that was EXACTLY what we wanted (Dream Home!) and where it was located one day after it came on the market. She met us at the home the next day. The following day, during the open house, she met us again. We put in an offer and it was accepted! We could not be more pleased with her representation.

I thought my house looked great.. and then....She beautifully staged the house, and helped us get 4 offers in 1 open house. Then she went above and beyond greatness in her caring for us through negotiations,,, we had numerous hurdles and she still got us to close in 30 days. We were always first to do a walk through when listings went live. We went on many showings, all the while Kristi was punctual, patient, and fun to work with. I never felt like we were bothering her and she was always super fast to respond with everything. In the end we found the perfect place and Kristi fought in our behalf to win the deal.
