I loved working with her for both the buying and selling of my first home and now the purchase with my fiancA(C). We ran into bumps with details on the mortgage, but Kristen guided us in the right direction to make our purchase possible. In the purchase of our current home, we had been requested a last minute bug inspection by the bank providing the loan. Although Kristen was on vacation and away, she scrambled to find an inspector with a 1 day turnaround time and got the job done 3 days before the closing! She gave us the best opportunity for signing a purchase agreement with the offer we sent in and even though there were 3 other offers, we had a signed purchase agreement 12 hours later with no ask to increase!

ZillowVERIFIED "We had a leak in the kitchen that was discovered by the Buyer during final walk-thru, 1 hour prior to closing. The kitchen floor was ruined and most of the the carpets were soaked. This could have been a real deal-breaker but Kristen jumped into action, kept in constant communication with both myself and the buyers and we had carpet extractors and a plumber in a short period of time. Kristen kept us all calm and the closing finished smoothly. She once again demonstrated that my faith in her has been well placed!!!
