ZillowVERIFIED Brittney and The Williams Team helped me buy my first home. I first started working with Brittney after being recommended by a family friend's contact in the industry. Brittney is an agent on Kristen's team, but they all work great together and make the process so easy. Brittney is so amazing, she is sweet, but also doesn't take anything from anybody, she isn't scared to ask or negotiate or push, and works overtime for the best interest of her clients. She offers plenty of great advice when you ask, but she lets you make your own decisions and is always looking out for you. I think she really truly represents what a true professional looks like in Real Estate, and is not trying to be a used car salesman/grant cardone of Real Estate. She is truly a professional who helps you navigate the very weird realm of real estate. I first met her in 2019 and rented a house in Austin and she was awesome, helped us negotiate a bit down on the rent and made sure we got settled. In 2020 I moved to Round Rock where she helped me find the cutest two story to rent for a year while i worked on getting ready to buy a house and have cash for closing costs and down payments. In 2021 she helped me avoid costly delays by getting me under contract in a new build in Jan 2021, by June 2021 this same house would have been $80-90k more expensive and I would have missed out on getting in before prices went crazy. Ella from her team kept up with all the emails from the builder, helped schedule inspections and walkthroughs with the builder, and made calendar invites to all the important things I needed to go to. Currently my boyfriend is in the process of selling his house with Brittney and The Williams Team, and we will submit a review when that transaction closes, but as a buyer I cannot give any suggestions on how to improve, there was nothing I could think of that Brittney and The Williams team didn't already think of. I trusted Brittney to rent, buy, and now sell my boyfriends house, and they have not once let us down. 5 out of 5 would recommend.

We had already moved to another city 300 miles away, the COVID pandemic was in full force and the great Texas winter storm of 2021 hit us the week of our closing. That said, Virginia was not deterred in keeping us on track and we closed on time. The aforementioned issues would probably make for a lovely real estate horror story, but to be honest, it was a fairly stress free process thanks to Virginia and the Williams team.

ZillowVERIFIED After my wife was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2014 we knew we needed to sell our home and pay cash for a mortgage-free situation while she went through surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. We interviewed several agents and while all were good, Kristen was by far the most prepared, professional, and responsive. She helped us through every step to get us significantly more than the other brokers promised. Advice, staging, negotiation, logistics... there were no missteps or even a second where we felt unsupported. While she handled our sale her awesome team was instrumental to our new home purchase. Again, there were zero holes in the Williams team game. In the years between Emily's cancer diagnosis and today I have lost both of my feet to diabetes so our lives have been somewhat of a trial. I am happy to report that I am back on my feet (sticks?) in 2018 and Emily's brain is sharper than ever and that's saying something. We are no longer in dire financial straits, thanks to the happy ending Kristen and her team facilitated. She took such a personal interest in us that she insistently advocated for us through the very troubled sale of that second house and landed us in our current home. We love it here and we love Kristen. We wish we had twenty friends buying and/or selling homes to send her way.

Home buying, especially in Austin, can be a grueling experience. Kristen and her team did an amazing job to insure that wasn't the case for our family. They worked incredibly hard to accommodate our schedules (we were re-locating from out of State), kept us informed throughout and fought to ensure we were getting a fair price on a home that would most likely hold value (they outlined the pros and cons of the home--did not just 'sell' us to move the process forward). While I hope and pray that moving is not in our near future, no doubt the Williams team would again be our first call!
