ZillowVERIFIED It was pretty awesome. As a first time home buyer I was a bit of a nervous wreck. She still made the process easy and a little more understandable. We looked at a bunch of house before finding the one we thankfully got. She was patient, helpful and suggestive to new houses through the whole process. She was always incredibly responsive and proactive. The house we got was one I sent when we first started looking, but it was a little to early to go for it, then had an accepted offer and etc. That happened twice. But she knew how much we loved the house and wanted a shot at it, when it came back on market the third time, she got ahold of the listing agent and scheduled us a showing right then. And now Im writing this review from the master bedroom of that house. Definitely would recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We happened upon Kristen by chance, but we are glad we did. She provided input on houses that she thought we would like, but she was not pushy and let us search the way we wanted to. She was always on time for showings, which was much appreciated. We ended up buying the house that she recommended at a good price under very favorable conditions. She handled all aspects of the buying process for us, including setting up and attending the different inspections and getting quotes on work that needed to be done. Kristen also listed our house for sale and her analysis of the selling price was accurate and close to the eventual appraised price. Even though it appeared that we might run out of time in terms of the contingency for purchasing our new home, she came up with a buyer during an open house who was able to close in the allotted time and at a good price. All in all it was a pleasure to work with Kristen during both the buying and selling process and, even though there were some interesting moments, she handled it all with calm assurance.
