I graduated from the Architectural Design program at WITC Rice Lake, WI, in 2004 and spent six years designing new homes, additions, and kitchens before my real estate career. Kristen was excellent in getting our property listed and doing the showings. After not having any offers the first 6 months, probably due to the fact that we were selling seasonal waterfront property in the fall and winter, we relisted with her in Feb and within 1 month she had a buyer. Kristen was excellent to work with and very diligent in getting everything completed.

Without a doubt we would recommend Kristen for a friend or acquaintance as a listing/buying agent. Kristen made this painless and (almost) a lot of fun.
