Review Kristen had some amazing negotiation skills when it came to the purchase of our property! This property set for 8 years plus zoned commercial because nobody was able to purchase it residential, but that was no problem for Kristen! With a few calls and a little bit of elbow grease she was able to get us into the property! Highly highly recommend her.

Review Kristen was amazing. She listened to everything we wanted and was very respectful to not go over our max price when looking for a home. Let me tell you, this lady went above and beyond for us. She drove all over the treasure valley showing us homes even through this snowpocalypse! She always answered our phone calls day and night and was very professional and knowledgable. Review I had several real estate agents in the past but Kristen Sweet is the best. She is SWEET like her name. Not only she works very hard for her clients, she always has a great attitude, sincere and she will try her best to help you. She deserves a 5 star for her awesome reputation. Although, we did not have our dream home yet, she is still working on it. She fought to get our earnest money back when the seller hesitated to release the contract.
