Kristen Schramme

Hello, my name is Kristen Schramme and I am a mother, big sister and team leader of Team Kristen Schramme. I started my real estate career back in 2006 and soon joined the most powerful real estate brokerage firm in the nation, Keller Williams Realty. After paying my dues working for other teams I advanced my knowledge through BOLD real estate classes and began building up my own personal client base. In 2009 I fought through the great recession working hard while other Realtors vanished. Times were tough through 2011 but I continued to never give up and in 2012 I was headed for the top of Keller Williams. In 2013 my husband and I began building a team, comprised of full time, Christ-centered, college educated Realtors who's main priority was to treat people as more than a client; treating them as family. We love San Antonio and are active in volunteering year round. We also donate a portion of our commission from every sale to a non-profit organization of our client's choice. When someone is in need we are there to help. God has blessed us for our hard work and caring values and we'll never stop giving. We are currently ranked a top 3 real estate company in the entire city. In 2020 we closed out 371 units totaling $130.6 million in sales. I'm a University of Texas-Austin Corporate Communication graduate and love Longhorn and Cowboys football, working out and spending time with friends and family.
