ZillowVERIFIED Met Kristen at her first time home buyers seminar at schoolcraft and knew instantly I wanted to have her as our realtor!! She genuinely cares about people being informed on every step of the process especially first time home buyers. She made it very easy, was super flexible and communicative, and gave her honest opinions and expertise; it never felt like she was trying to push a house on us just to sell a house but that she really was looking out for us in terms of the best fit. Also very trustworthy in terms of contract writing and negotiating, she is very good at what she does and it helped us get our first house! I would recommend her to anyone especially first time home buyers!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold our house with Kristen Schopieray, and I have to say aEUR" the job description for aEURoerealtoraEUR? seriously undersells what she actually does. At one point during a showing, someone left behind a mess in our toilet, and Kristen justaEUR| handled it. No drama, no complaints, just quietly took care of it like it was part of the job. Same with the lawn aEUR" it needed mowing at a point when we couldnt get to it, and she took care of that too. I didnt know that level of aEURoeabove and beyondaEUR? existed in real estate, but apparently it does if your realtor is Kristen. The negotiation on our sale wasnt easy either. There were a few points where things got tense and it felt like the deal could fall apart. Kristen stayed calm through all of it, gave us honest advice instead of just telling us what we wanted to hear, and helped us get to a deal we were actually happy with. If youre looking for a realtor who treats your house like its her own problem to solve, I cant recommend Kristen enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Home buying and selling can be one of the most stressful times, so finding a realtor we could trust, communicates openly and conducts themselves with professionalism was really important to us. Kristen checked all of these boxes and blew us away with her attentiveness and ability to get things done. Add to that she is so personable and treats you like family, I would hire Kristen again in a second (though I'm never leaving the dream home she helped us buy) and recommend her to anyone seeking a realtor to buy or sell a home.
