We worked with Kristen to sell a house that was in need of an update. She works with contractors and landscapers who provided very decent pricing for Loudoun County. The house, after kitchen update, new paint, and new carpeting had immediate offers. This occurred at the end of the housing market crazy time and we received an offer well over asking price. In looking for new homes in the same competitive market - but downsizing by quite a bit. Kristine immediately was aware of homes that had potential huge issues even though theyd had a facelift. I had zero pressure to move out of my desired price range (and now its a aEURoemeaEUR? not a aEURoeweaEUR?) and I felt very safe with her assistance. I now have a very nice townhome that Ive not yet moved into - why? Because Kristens contractor will be doing renovations on the bedroom level. If only loudoun permits went through faster!!
