If we had any questions or concerns they were dealt with right away. There were a few issues that needed to be resolved on one property we wanted to buy. Kristen knew exactly who to contact as far as what would be needed to get the problems fixed. Her negotiation skills were excellent! We ended up buying 3 properties for the prices we wanted and also got everything fixed that we wanted. We ended up closing on all 3 properties on the same day. Kristen did an excellent job for us! ZillowVERIFIED I really want to say how great this team at Re-Max is. I stumbled upon Kristen from a family referral and I wouldn't change it for the world. She listens to you and knows exactly what you want in a home. She made house buying fun and enjoyable. She makes everything easy for you and for you to easily understand. She is very out spoke, which isn't a bad thing in my opinion. LIke most relators I have seen with my grandparents experience don't really care and will let you buy the home as is. With Kristen I had absolutely no problems. If we didn't see something and that really bugged her she would let us know about it since we are the type of family that are pretty much perfectionists. If I could I would choose Kirsten again in a heartbeat. This team of Relators at Re-Max really are helpful and make buying a house simples. I would refer to anyone and everyone to come through these relators through Re-Max. My home buying experience was a breeze they helped me understand everything in the process and it went so smooth. If I were to buy again I would go through Re-Max and use Kirsten again. She has so much energy an you can really tell that she loves her job and quite frankly she is very good at it. ZillowVERIFIED I originally found a home that was for sale by owner, and was going to attempt to do the purchase agreement on my own with the seller. I stumbled across Kristen's contact information and decided to get in contact with her. She met me very late at night in her office because I couldn't meet any earlier and reviewed homes for sale in the area. She showed me 3 or 4 houses, but I still liked the for sale by owner home the best. I was just going to sign the purchase agreement for that house with a buyers agent (which would have been a HUGE mistake) when Kristen emailed me the PERFECT home. It was listed below the asking price of the for sale by owner home, and it was in a much better neighborhood. I went and looked at the house that night and put in my offer with Kristen. Not only did Kristen guide me through how to make a strong offer, she even helped me get the house! 6 offers came in that day for the house and with Kristen's hard work, she made sure my offer was the best. If I ever purchase a home in the future, I will definitely be contacting Kristen. I strongly recommend her to any and everyone! She is great!
