Having a 100% closing rate means we have to work together, it can't be only one way.

One of my many favorite transactions was when we were on such a time crunch to sell a home to ensure they got their forever home, we had to make sure everything went smoothly. My clients did 100% of everything I asked of them during the selling process and staging that we had multiple offers within the first 4 days. Closed in less than 30 days and they are now in their forever home. It was such a fun and smooth transaction that they didn't even think it was real.

I've always loved decorated and looking in homes to see how everyone else lived. My mom and I have a goal of helping families flip homes in the future and the only way to really be able to do that is to start from the beginning. I've just loved this journey and now I adore helping clients with their biggest asset.

I have more credits than anyone needs in my field. As Realtors and agents we are required here in GA to have 36 continuing education credits every 4 years. In my first two years as an agent, I already have 196 credits. I feel you can never learn enough and I'm always trying to find ways to improve my knowledge for my clients. I am also fluent in Spanish as well as Sign Language.
