Rarely am I impressed with other agents, but Becca is the exception. We tried to see other properties but ran into difficulty even setting showings that worked around the tenants schedule. Becca set up a specific time for the tenants to show the property and even met us there. She was very accessible, even when out at family events, and she advised her clients well when it came to inspection items that were safety & habitability related. I hope I get to work with Becca again!

Greg was exceptionally helpful during the process of selling our home. Greg provided helpful advice on how to prepare it for showing but also was respectful of our wants and timeline. Our move was caused by my work transferring me out of the country under a tight deadline. This meant that after the initial preparations, most of the selling process was done without face-to-face contact. Greg reached out regularly to keep us updated on progress and worked to get everything in place for a smooth closing without us being present. He was exceptionally honest and helpful. He had helped us buy the home six years ago and we found him so reliable that we hired him again. We would do so a third time if work ever brings us back to Colorado.
