ZillowVERIFIEDAs first time homebuyers, we had zero knowledge. Kristen was not just professional, but very personable as well. She went above and beyond, even worked through the holidays so we could be in our home for the new year! We are more than pleased :)

ZillowVERIFIED Kristen is very knowledgeable about the area and fights to get you the best deal as both a buyer and seller. I highly recommend Kristen to sell any of my properties!!! You will never regret it. I know I haven't.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristen was always willing to show houses that we were interested in. We had some urgent requests, since as soon as a house we wanted to look at sold the same day as it listed. She showed us our house last minute as the offers were on a couple hours deadline, and we were able to have our offer accepted. Kristen also gave us some great suggestions for remodeling work we had done and they turned out to be great. We met her at an open house she was running and was impressed with her down to earth and fun attitude

ZillowVERIFIED Looking for a Realtor? Look no further than Kristen! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area. She listened to what I was looking for and sent listings that were spot on. She is quick to respond at any time of day, via any mode of communication. Kristen was also an incredible asset to me as a first time buyer. She took the time to explain each step, and even pointed me in the right direction when it came time to shop for homeowners insurance. And lets not forget about her negotiating skills! Kristen knows what itll take to get the deal done, and that is exactly what she did for me. Highly recommend.

We found our home in spending only 1 hour with her.She prepared the contract, presented to the seller's agent before 5 and by 9:00 that night our offer was accepted. 37 days later we were at the closing table and had the keys to our home. ZillowVERIFIED Kristen helped me find a home in Florida that fit all of my needs. She was very patient and accommodating to me and showed me several houses before I found my home. Kristen kept regular contact with me and informed me of any houses that matched my search criteria. She was very diligent with the previous owner of the house I ended up purchasing and making sure that they fulfilled their responsibilities as well. I would highly recommend Kristen for anyone's real estate needs.
