Kristen was always willing to show houses that we were interested in. We had some urgent requests, since as soon as a house we wanted to look at sold the same day as it listed. She showed us our house last minute as the offers were on a couple hours deadline, and we were able to have our offer accepted. Kristen also gave us some great suggestions for remodeling work we had done and they turned out to be great. We met her at an open house she was running and was impressed with her down to earth and fun attitude
