ZillowVERIFIED Kristen was an amazing realtor. She went above and beyond for us at every turn. She helped us both sell our family home of 25 years and downsize to our dream home near the water. The sale of our house was so easy, she handled everything and we received many offers after just one weekend of open houses. She was so caring and sensitive, taking into account everything, even scheduling around our ailing pets whom she treated with such loving care. Buying in this market is incredibly scary as offers are out of control. Kristen stayed calm when I got crazy and told us not to worry the right house will come along, she was 100% right, we are so glad we put our faith in her. She has amazing taste and wonderful ideas around home dA(C)cor and renovations which are invaluable. She was ahead of the game at every step of the way and we didn't worry for a second about things getting handled. I miss going to open houses with her every weekend as she is so much more than a realtor, she is like part of our family now. ZillowVERIFIED We were the fussy buyers that Kristen was so patient with. Most other Realtors would have given up on us but not Kristen. It took almost two years for us to find the condo we wanted. Once we did we were out of State and could not go view it in person. Kristen went took pictures and we fell in love with it. She walked us through the entire purchase and we bought the condo without ever actually seeing it in person until we passed papers. We could never have done it without Kristens expertise. We would highly recommend Kristen as its obvious to most people that she truly goes the extra mile for her clients. Thank you again Kristen for working as hard as you did for us.

ZillowVERIFIED We can't imagine that there is a better agent out there than Kristen. We decided to hire her after selling and buying our last homes ourselves. We were skeptical but she convinced us. We are sure glad she did. Kristen did an amazing job! She was incredibly attentive, always available, reacted and responded immediately to every email or text. When things got tense, she calmed us and assured us that all was being worked on or worked out, and that this was all part of the process. She gave us details and explained the process so we knew it was not all lip service. We ended up getting $15K over our asking price due to the great recommendations from Kristen. We couldn't be more appreciative and satisfied with the work Kristen did for us.
