ZillowVERIFIED We were out of town buyers and I cannot say enough about the professionalism that Kristen displayed during our search. Kristen went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor. Once the contract to purchase was signed, Kristen scheduled every home inspection, and was present at each and every one. We dont know how we would have been able to accomplish all that needed to be done if Kristen hadnt handled things. Our minds were put at ease. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Kristen to anyone looking for property at Lake Gaston or the surrounding areas.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristen was great to work with. She was knowledgeable on the area that I wanted to sell my house in. She was extremely helpful in recommending and coordinating some of the contractors in the area since I was not in the location to manage them. I enjoyed working with her and would highly recommend her to any of my friends or family that are in the market for a transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristen was absolutely outstanding to work with! She was 100% committed and delivered! Very prompt and always followed through. Kristen was very specific to details and very thorough in her research and came prepared to all properties at showing. This made us, the buyers, more relaxed and confident knowing our agent was always prepared. This was the best, ?I?m working for my client experience?. Thank you Kristen for working hard to find us a lake home and close the deal!

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for an agent that would listen to our needs and treat us as individuals. The market at that time was very aggressive and we needed to have quick and reliable communication with our agent to keep up with new listings. Kristen was the perfect agent for us. When we decided on a home she was terrific with keeping the process organized and on track. She is very professional but personable at the same time. She was our representative, cheerleader, confidante, and tour guide before, during, and after the sale. We would hire Kristen again and highly recommend her as an agent.
