ZillowVERIFIEDI had a very short time to find a home before my current lease expired. Due to a child with extreme allergies & sensitivities, I had some specifics I had to watch for that aren't normal issues for most clients. Kristen met with me the same day I called, within only a couple of hours, and had a great attitude. She wasn't bothered at all by my "pickyness". She insisted on buying me lunch, even though I told her she didn't need to do that. She negotiated with the landlord, in order to meet my budget needs & even met me on a day off at the home to open it up so I could do a mold test & make sure it would be safe for my son. Though we had limited personal info laced into our conversations, she surprised me & my kids with gifts left for us on move in day that were customized to our specific needs & preferences. I had briefly mentioned that I had heard that English Ivy cleared the air in a home of mold spores & she had complimented me on how good I smelled, to which I responded that it was essential oils. Her gifts to me included essential oil & an English Ivy plant. I don't remember mentioning my son's gluten intolerance, but I must have, because she also left some gluten free cupcakes for my kids. My husband, love of my life, & kids' father had just died months before & this was our 2nd move within one year. We were very traumatized, stressed, & broken. And these thoughtful gifts made us feel loved & cared for. For a realtor, rentals are very low commission compared to home sales & our situation required alot of urgent, last minute work on her part, but Kristen treated us like million dollar clients. God sent us an angel in Kristen Childers, not just a realtor. If you're looking for someone with a huge heart that will actually care about you as a person & who will work hard to meet your needs, you've found her. She absolutely deserves your trust & your business.
