ZillowVERIFIEDKristen is an amazing resource for the Flathead Valley Real Estate Market. We started looking in 2018 and because our home in another area did not sell we stalled out in our purchase of a home in the Valley. But Kristen sent homes for sale every day by email and checked in regularly to make sure that we had everything we needed from her. When we were ready to purchase a home she took as much time as we needed to get things done to make the purchase go smoothly and seamlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend Kristen as a Realtor for anyone looking to move into this beautiful valley that we now call home.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe originally hired Kristen as an intermediary for the sale of a rental property we were trying to sell to one of our tenants. Kristen was great through out the whole time consuming process, ultimately we were not able to sell the house to our tenants but Kristen hung in there anyway. She didnt waiver or give in she understood our situation and was on our side from the beginning. When we finally decided to list our home Kristen and Locations Montana went above and beyond. Kristen was right there with us throughout the process and she genuinely cared for us and the outcome we hoped for. Kristen was so good, on the first day of listing we had 3-4 showings and a full price offer. I will use Kristen and Locations Montana Real Estate for all of my real estate needs I highly recommend you do as well.
