ZillowVERIFIED With such a large selection of agents, it was very difficult for me to make my choice. I'm glad I did the right one. Kristen was by my side all the time, helping me make the right decisions. She helped me with a lot of finishing touches and decorating the house. She carried my property and fulfilled all my instructions that I gave her from afar. Thanks Kristen for following me from "A" to "Z" in all sailing processes and caring for my home as its own. She is responsive, knowledgeable, professional, caring and respectful person and it was a pleasure for me to work with her. I want to recommend her to those who are looking for the best realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Wow, what can I say that hasn't been said already. Kali was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment my wife and I met her...that's a whole other funny story...we knew immediately that she was the one. I'm sad that we didn't find her earlier, BUT...if we had of, we may not have found our perfect home! So, in my opinion it worked out exactly as intended! Kali, thank you so much for everything. You are so great at what you do. From the prompt communication, the great advice, the local knowledge, the AMAZING attitude, and last but not least, your patience. It is a virtue, as they say...and without it, we probably would have not closed on our new home. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! - The Pinkerton's

ZillowVERIFIED Kristen is a first class person and realtor. Her character, personalty, and professionalism are exemplary. She works extremely hard and is always available: nights and weekend. She is very insightful and was able to determine what I needed and to also help me clarify my goals. My experience with Kristen was enjoyable and rewarding. I was able to get the house I wanted and fully understood the process. She is very, very knowledgeable of the real estate market and process. She was able to fully explain complex and confusing aspects to purchasing a home. I have bought approximately 6 houses in my life and this has been the most effective experience. I attribute this to the skills, manners, and abilities of Kristen Blanchard. I fully recommend and endorse her.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I contracted with Kristen to list and sell our Condo. With just one week on the market, our property attracted a number of interested parties and we received an offer above the asking price. Kristen did an excellent job keeping us informed as we moved through the process of the buyer obtaining an appraisal and financing. We closed on the sale in just a few weeks. A prompt sale was especially important to us since we live 1700 miles away, my wife is ill and we needed a person with Kristen's professionalism and expertise to help us with the sale of our property in a quick and efficient manner..

ZillowVERIFIED I can't even begin to tell you how awesome Kristen is!! She sold our house very quickly and painlessly. Even when the title company was giving us the run-around and not communicating very well (waiting until the day before we were supposed to close to tell us what was missing; 3 times!), she was on top of it. Kristen works her tail off to get the job done!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kristen was beyond helpful! We could not have had a better real estate agent assist us in finding a home we loved. We talked to a couple agents and had no luck. We talked with Kristen 1 time and told her our wants and needs in our future home. She found us a home in 2 days, and before it even hit the market. She was knowledgeable, an fast working! We were lucky to have worked with her. I would definitely recommend her, and will be working with her in the future.
