ZillowVERIFIEDKristen made the difficult task of selling my parents house smooth and easy as possible. She came to our initial meeting with pricing analysis to backup her pricing and listing recommendations. Her pictures and property description write-up created a listing that stood out online. Ultimately she sold this property in a couple of weeks and for more than I originally expected. Kristen was professional and motivated throughout the entire process. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a Realtor in Greenwood, SC.

ZillowVERIFIED as out of staters we new relatively nothing about greenwood, the surrounding areas, or the lake - she spent several days driving us around, making sure we famiiarzed with the area and what was available - she was tireless and a great source of information and didn't mind returning to listings to see them more than once

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Kristen as a agent! I had dealt with real estate agents previously and I can tell you she is the best. Kristen is a superb communicator and really dug in and found the right places to suit our needs. She not only sold me on the lot but also sold me on the area. My wife and I were really impressed with her prompt responses to our questions and how she laid out the pros and cons of the places we want to call our forever home. There is no question that Kristen cares about her clients more than making a quick sale. We are so impressed with her that we are trying to convince our parents and children to move down to Lake Greenwood with us. Be rest assured we will use Kristen again!

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking to move to the Lake Greenwood area with eventual goal of getting a house on the lake. Eric at TLC was very patient and helpful showing us condos and houses in and around town. As we lived 800 miles away, he would even go so far as to take videos of potential places to save us time. He suggested that we work with Kristen for lakefront property so we worked with both of them at the same time. Kristen was very knowledgeable about the property on and areas surrounding the lake, telling us about issues that we may not have been aware of. We have worked with other realtors in the Greenwood area over the last decade, some were very rude, some refused to return my calls, some are simply unethical people I would never do business with. TLC is a small firm so you get personal attention and we got the feeling that they cared about their clients. We would recommend using Kristen and TLC.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Kristen to purchase our home in Greenwood ten years ago. She was great then. When it came time to sell I called her up and though we'd lost contact over the years she remembered details about our family that made me realize she really is personal with her clients.Houses in our neighborhood stay on the market for 6 months or longer. With her guidance and hard work on her part, we sold in less than two months. The listing, photography, and drone work she put together wowed everyone we showed it to. Service above and beyond.I had to leave prior to the sale, when issues arose with the buyers home inspection she had them resolved for us quickly and at fair prices.Best realtor I have worked with. I Highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Searching for our retirement home led us to South Carolina and also to Kristen Andersen of TLC Real Estate in Greenwood SC. Kristen was so helpful in our search, not only showing us all the available homes in the area, but also showing us the town of Greenwood itself. As we were driving from one showing to another Kristen gave us a tour of the area, including points of interest, local shops, restaurants, medical facilities, schools and more. It took only a few days to find the home we fell in love with and by that time we felt like we had very good knowledge of the area.Kristen is very professional and helped us throughout the transaction. She recommended other businesses/services that we would need to close on our new home and to get everything in our home up and running. If youre looking for a realtor in the Greenwood area we highly recommend TLC Real Estate and Kristen Andersen.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently worked with Kristen Andersen, TLC Real Estate, to list and sell our lake home. Kristen was very thorough in explaining the process and the required forms/disclosures. Her marketing of our home on the Internet was most exceptional, both as to the extent of the third-party websites, the number of pictures and the descriptive information. Since she is a well-known and very busy realtor in the Lake Greenwood area, she actively works with both potential buyers and sellers. In our case she was able to sell our home within several weeks of listing it. We would recommend that you consider Kristen should you need a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I have never worked with a harder working real estate agent in my life. Kristen when over and above what you mght expect. We were 800 miles away from Kristen. If there was a house that we were interested in she went all out and visted the home herself first. She checked out of the homes and sent us over 70 pictures as she walked through the home and property. Kristen had our back the whole time more than you would expect. Kind of like an attorney, covering all bases.

ZillowVERIFIED I'd highly recommend Kristen as your agent. The entire process of listing our property at a competitive price, marketing it over a broad range of listing services, maintaining contact and counsel throughout the entire process was excellent. This property sale was SEAMLESS from start to finish. And the most fascinating thing about our sale was ... I've never met her. We did the entire transaction over the phone and Internet! ZillowVERIFIED My sister and I were very impressed with Kristen's experience, knowledge, not only with the real estate market, but also her knowledge of the Lake Greenwood, SC area! Her extensive marketing strategies were very impressive. We met Kristen at a very difficult time in our lives after our father passed away. Due to my sister and I living out of state, Kristen not only was our real estate agent, she personally handled scheduling appointments with contractors and were our "eyes and ears" during the entire process. We received a full offer contract within the first few hours after it was listed on the MLS! We also give Jesus all the praise in guiding us through this difficult time. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kristen to my friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Cannot say enough about Kristen, from the first day we met her we knew we'd made the right choice to help us find our dream home on Lake Greenwood. Coming from out of state, we made several trips to look at houses and Kristen spent days with us each time, always making us feel like we were her top priority. She doesn't just show houses, she went out of her way to bring us through the various towns pointing out where to find stores, restaurants, medical offices, even stopping at the Chamber of Commerce to pick up brochures on local areas of interest. Then her assistance was invaluable from scheduling inspections right through the closing, she was right there for us. Thank you Kristen!

ZillowVERIFIED I live out of state and worked with Kristen for almost 2 years on trying to find a home. Always answered our e-mails and phone calls promptly, and with the answers we needed. We came down for a week in November and Kristen took us house hunting almost every day.Once we found a place Kristen was instumental helping us closing on the property, she helped me get a local lawyer, home inspection and everything else that goes with the closing process. I have to honestly say I don't think we could have made our home purchase without Kristen, she is the BEST. We got the lake home we always wanted and have Kristen to thank.

ZillowVERIFIED Kristen listed our lake home on Lake Greenwood in a very slow market. She was the second realtor to have the listing. Her photographs and descriptions captured the uniqueness and beauty of the home and lot. With her understanding of the market conditions and the surrounding lake area, she provided excellent marketing coverage, garnering a marked increased in showings. The house sold within six months. Her knowledge of all requirements for the sale, for both seller and buyer, made for a very smooth closing. We highly recommend Kristen.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed a home with Kristen in the Crystal Bay community of Lake Greenwood. The people who bought the home did so sight unseen thanks to the home tour photos and description of the property she crafted. When I called Kristen to ask for some data, she was always available - friendly - and did what she said she would do when it was stated it would be done. I could not ask for more.
