ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Josh and Kristen really could not have gone easier. They are both smart, diligent, conscientious, and delightful. They accommodated our every need (not easy as we are out-of-town buyers) and made the whole process a breeze. Were worked with a number of realtors over the years and they are hands-down the best. SG
ZillowVERIFIEDJosh was great to work with. He showed us a number of houses, remaining patient until we found the right house for us. We found him to be very responsive and forthright, always working for our best interest. We highly recommend him.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe couldnt have asked for a better realtor -- Josh was knowledgeable, dependable, detail oriented, and above all, personable. His extensive knowledge of the Cleveland area not only helped us understand what we were actually looking for, but was also key in finding the exact place that was right for us. Josh made excellent recommendations and was transparent with the process every step of the way. Highly recommend 10/10 -- Thank you Josh!
