As a first time home buyer, there were a lot of things I didn?t know or think about for what I wanted in a place. Krista, having so many years of experience, was there to help. She helped explain the process of home buying and gave advice on what to do and who to work with when it came time to purchase. As we walked through different locations, Krista would also point out the good, the bad, and in between. She never pushed me into a house and stood by her idea that it was her job to find the perfect place for me. I?m sure that Krista and her group have many clients l, but it always seemed like I was prioritized. It took a bit for me to narrow down what I wanted, so in the beginning, there were a lot of places I wanted to see. When I would ask to see a place, there was always someone available to show it to me. When I finally found a place and was accepted as the buyer, I ran into a few hiccups. Krista was there to help out and make sure that I was getting what I needed for my new place. Closing took about a month longer than it was supposed to, and although it was frustrating at times, it was nice to know that Krista was in my corner. Would highly recommend going with Krista and her team if you are looking for a place in the area.

She then toured around with my wife for a day to help us find a condo for my mother and found something great near our new house that my mother loves. But Krista helped us choose a price that drew multiple offers and we got well above asking price. Krista managed the negotiations like a top notch professional, keeping all the balls in the air when our first buyer balked. While this was going on, she already had the other prospects back to the offer table and a secondary offer came in even higher - which also required careful management of the appraisal process, the buyers changing mortgage companies less than two weeks to closing right through closing on time! We could not have imagined it working out the way it did even as road blocks came out. Her style worked well for us and we believe without her we would have gotten less and had more challenges. ZillowVERIFIED Hire Krista at your own risk! Extremely condescending and never available to give regular feedback on your house. My wife and I had selected her after three agent presentations but that is where her initiatives stopped. Krista never called us to let us know how we did after open houses or showings. We had to call her and she always answered as if we were bothering her. At some point early on, we told her how she needs to be more communicative and give us frequent updates. Her answer was that she had automatic emails set up so that should be enough. Kristas professionalism stops as soon as she has your listing; we still cant believe that we paid full 6%.

We cold-called on a listing and Brian was the agent who contacted us and we started our working relationship with him. This was very helpful and the best part about the relationship is Brian did not pressure us in any way to get moving.
