Krista was great throughout the process keeping us updated on progress almost daily. She also explained and guided me through each of the myriad of documents that needed to be signed. ZillowVERIFIED Krista's professionalism, kindness, experience, responsiveness and assistance in purchasing my first home was exceptional. Given my relatively lower budget and the challenging housing market she was sympathetic. She provided me with materials from the beginning to help me understand the home purchase process. She gave me temporary access to the MLS to narrow down my search. She did virtual showings (3) of the homes I was interested in. She provided me with a wonderful mortgage broker that I ended up using after shopping around. Despite a personal matter she was tackling, which I was sympathetic of, she was diligent and continued to provide service. Most people would have taken temporary leave. She did a wonderful job on coordinating to get issues repaired/solved. We were still able to close on the projected date. A few days after we closed my windows were significantly leaking water in the interior from recent rains. There was no water damage detected during the home inspection or appraisal. The issue was either unknown or not disclosed. Fortunately for me Krista worked with the seller's agent and the seller. They have gotten the issue repaired and are working to repair the water damage.

From the very beginning (our first phone discussion) we found Krista to be responsive, informative, and helpful throughout the process. She was a pleasure to work with, showing us homes in different areas of Tucson we had identified, assessed comparable sales data, negotiated our purchase contract, met with inspectors, followed up on repairs, and ensured that we had a smooth closing. Lastly, when most agents would consider their work to be done after our purchase was completed, Krista followed up (several months after closing) on minor repair issues that needed to be addressed.
