ZillowVERIFIEDKrista helped my husband and I to successfully navigate a very difficult housing market. We were relocating to the Greenville/Winterville area and sellers were receiving multiple offers well over asking prices. After putting in several offers and not winning the bids, we were getting a little impatient and discouraged, but Krista always knew the right thing to say or do to help us stay positive. When we found the home for us, she helped us to negotiate a good deal and even got the seller to agree to make some repairs, which was unheard of in this seller?s market. If you are looking for a professional and tenacious realtor, then Krista is the one to call!
