She held a successful open house first weekend in March 2020, within 24 hours we had offer, bam escrow and we just closed escrow last week. We sold at listing price. Wahoo. My past experience with Realtors has not been so positive. What makes Krista super easy to work with is she keeps constant communication, explains the process, responsive to calls, texts and emails, most importantly she is honest and completely trustworthy. She is a woman of her word. Any obstacle that arises, she works right through with success. In the early stages of listing the home (End of Feb 2020) my father unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack. Krista was immediately sensitive to my situation and took care of everything. I had a difficult property manager managing the home and Krista worked through those issues and kept a positive and open communication with the tenants. I appreciate her taking charge of everything and working through the challenges that came along the way. Shes excellent at problem solving, so I didnt have to worry one bit. She handles EVERYTHING. Im so grateful for Krista and her wonderful team for patiently working with me and selling our home. Im all about customer service and let me tell you, this is a TOP CLASS agent. She kept us in mind the whole time and always kept abreast on new activities in neighborhoods. When we were ready to sell, Krista set of us up with a professional home designer that offered to give our home a make over. We agreed to it and it turned gorgeous. She also set us up with a professional photographer. She helped us pick the pictures to post. It obviously did great as we had an offer same day. Krista and Victor really got the communication going. So of it rather complicated, but I have never had any doubts that Krista would do what was right for me. She has gotten me top dollar, and also gotten me the best deal she could. She even help me buy a short sale which is a pain. Shes not greedy, if you dont like so thing, she will tell you to just walk away. Shes a good person and I would never to to anyone else!

The following weekend Krista held the Open House and we received two more offers immediately following. With offers in-hand I headed out to Phoenix, AZ to find my new home. ZillowVERIFIED Im one of those people who just doesnt trust realtors, as soon as I find out I have a real estate professional in my walls go up. Since the inception of our work together Krista has given me new faith....our first meeting she brought a clear layout of my property and its worth, with a breakdown of how she got there. When Krista informed me of the amount she thought we could get, I internally rolled my eyes and thought yeah, OK. I felt that her estimates for time of sale and price were pretty iffy, but her confidence told me to give it a try. Throughout the entire process I rarely had to lift a finger. She worked with my tenant for the showings and within a month we were in escrow- any questions or comments I had were answered within 10-15 minutes consistently and Krista advocated for my best interest throughout. In the end, we got the amount she thought we would! In the meantime, the second floor condo above mine that was for sale before we put mine up, was still for sale and ultimately sold for 10% less than mine. Im now using Krista for a new investment purchase and I honestly cant imagine using anyone else. Shes a great person, will work hard and walk you through what could easily be a stressful process. I cant recommend Krista enough!

ZillowVERIFIED When I first decided I wanted to look for a house to purchase I knew very little about the market and the process in general. Luckily I was referred to her company through my mortgage bank and she was excellent from the start. She sat me down and walked me through the general process and asked what type of housing I was looking for. Once we set up a viewing profile on the MLS the rest of viewing process went pretty well. Finding houses and going to view them was a breeze and scheduling a good time with her was never an issue. Once it came time to put in an offer on a property I liked she was right there to help me negotiate the initial offering price with the seller. The following month was a whirlwind and Im sure I wouldve been lost without her helping out. She was able to recommend several excellent inspectors for the house and was constantly in touch with my bank to iron out details. My funding situation was a little unique and she didnt blink at the different timeline that I needed in order to make it happen. I would say there were a couple hiccups along the way, as Im sure nearly every process has, but Krista was on top of everything. I am sure I would not have been able to find and purchase my house without Kristas help. I have, and will continue to, recommend her to any of my friends thinking about jumping into the market.

It?s hard to describe everything that she did for us in a few words but the last thing I needed at that time was a high pressure Realtor. Krista was the furthest thing from that. She was there for the entire inspection, and later offered her advice on how we should handle the sale. We asked her to represent us and within a week or so, with her extensive network of investors had a stack of solid offers within our asking price range. She helped us through every step of the process and made it as painless and stress free as possible. She proved herself to be a trustworthy, no nonsense, professional and just a really nice person. Because of our experience with Krista during the sale of my parents? home, we knew right away that we wanted to use her for the purchase of our first home. Not knowing where in San Diego County we wanted to live, Krista reminded us that this search would not just be for a house but for an area as well. Over many weeks, Krista and her assistant Victor Zuniga showed us lots of properties. We finally narrowed our search and found a property that we thought would be perfect and submitted an offer. It did not work out and we found out quickly that there is a lot of manipulation out there; listings with lower prices than what the owner ever intends on selling the property for. Krista was able to warn us about this which was lucky for us as the perfect property was still to come. In our case, the perfect property was a short sale. Although the ?short sale? part was a bit stressful, Krista worked hard to keep the lines of communication open with all parties involved. We are now in our dream condo. I truly believe that without Krista?s persistence in her communications with the bank and seller?s agent for this property we never would have had a chance to get it. Through the whole experience, once again Krista and her assistant Victor, made it as painless as possible. I didnt even think I could afford a home in San Diego but Krista showed me otherwise. She even found me a turn-key home in a central San Diego neighborhood I never thought I could afford. Shes a freakin rock star!Ill be honest, there were lots of hiccups and bumps along the way, mostly with my loan, Krista was on the ball and two steps ahead of the game the entire time.
