She held a successful open house first weekend in March 2020, within 24 hours we had offer, bam escrow and we just closed escrow last week. We sold at listing price. Wahoo. My past experience with Realtors has not been so positive. What makes Krista super easy to work with is she keeps constant communication, explains the process, responsive to calls, texts and emails, most importantly she is honest and completely trustworthy. She is a woman of her word. Any obstacle that arises, she works right through with success. In the early stages of listing the home (End of Feb 2020) my father unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack. Krista was immediately sensitive to my situation and took care of everything. I had a difficult property manager managing the home and Krista worked through those issues and kept a positive and open communication with the tenants. I appreciate her taking charge of everything and working through the challenges that came along the way. Shes excellent at problem solving, so I didnt have to worry one bit. She handles EVERYTHING. Im so grateful for Krista and her wonderful team for patiently working with me and selling our home. Im all about customer service and let me tell you, this is a TOP CLASS agent. I had lots of questions along the way and she never made me feel like I was bothering her or they were dumb questions. I do want to share that she has a strong knowledge of the market and industry in general. She shared when the best time to sell and the process and it worked out fantastically. She earned my trust many years ago and she will be my to go to Agent forever. Krista, thank you for making this a stress free experience. I highly highly recommend. She kept us in mind the whole time and always kept abreast on new activities in neighborhoods. When we were ready to sell, Krista set of us up with a professional home designer that offered to give our home a make over. We agreed to it and it turned gorgeous. She also set us up with a professional photographer. She helped us pick the pictures to post. It obviously did great as we had an offer same day. Krista and Victor really got the communication going. She communicated really well with us and the buyer. Always let us know next steps and clarifies what is going on. We needed a extension on our current home as we waiting for escrow on the other side. Krista made that work us. We sold our unit for the highest costing unit in the community. We definitely recommended Krista & Victor.
