I had a challenging experience working with Krista during a recent real estate transaction. From the beginning, it became clear that she was unfamiliar with the property she was representing and ill-informed about the facts. Despite our efforts to get clear and accurate information, she often seemed unaware of the property's details, making it difficult to make informed decisions. What was even more frustrating was her emotional investment in the sale. Instead of providing a balanced and professional perspective, she became overly involved on a personal level, which clouded her judgment and professionalism. In what could have been a straightforward transaction, her curt, unhelpful responses only seemed to complicate matters further. When the deal hit a snag, her lack of finesse became painfully evident. She struggled to navigate the situation with the necessary tact and negotiation skills to keep things moving forward smoothly. As a result, she falsely claimed we had poor intentions when entering the contract and let the deal die. Most concerning was her encouragement of the seller to keep the good faith deposit. She claimed that the seller had been aEURoeharmedaEUR? in some way, but her explanation contradicted the facts and seemed biased. It felt as though she was more focused on protecting the sellers emotions than facilitating a fair and equitable resolution for all parties involved. Unfortunately, my experience with Krista was not positive, and I would be hesitant to work with her again in the future. A real estate transaction requires professionalism, knowledge, and a steady hand, all qualities that were lacking in this instance.

Krista was super friendly. Beyond helpful and made the process a lot less stressful. She constantly went out of her way to meet us for house showings. Very responsive and easy to get ahold of. Answered any of our questions. Gave us good advice and made sure that we were 100% into the house before purchasing

Krista did an outstanding job for us in selling our property. She went above and beyond to ensure we understood the entire process. She is so personable and made everything so east and stress free from start to finish. Krista was very prompt in responding to any questions we had and honestly made this a very pleasant experience. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy and would definitely love to work with her again in the future

I can't say enough about how easy selling my house was with Krista. She went above and beyond to be there for me and all my questions and concerns through and through for the entire process as well as even after. She was upbeat, driven, dedicated, but most of all she was there ! Every waken second I needed her she was there to pick up the phone or swing by or answer my late night ridiculous text and so much more ! Krista is amazing at what she does whether it's on the buyer or sellers end you will be ensuring an easy and enjoyable real estate transaction when choosing to work with her !

My girlfriend and I were first time homebuyers, overwhelmed by the process, and the aggressive market. We turned to Krista, who facilitated the home buying process immaculately. She always responded in a timely manner, accommodated our specific asks, sent us potential listings on a regular basis, and was very patient and professional. We eventually found a home that suited our wants and needs. We couldnt have done it without Kristas guidance!
